Venus Enters Libra – In Love With Love
On September 14th, the planet Venus shifts into its home sign of Libra.
Venus rules over love, beauty, money, and relationships. The Zodiac sign of Libra rules our love lives, relationships, and is often about balancing our relationships with a significant other and taking care of ourselves in harmony.
We have had more than our fair share of challenges this year, so this is a wonderful opportunity to refocus on what really matters to us the most, as we can manifest what we desire from the heart! This can include those folks who have been there for us the most. If you have had some sort of rift or conflict with someone lately, this is an ideal time to fix things. So put your differences aside and find some common ground to meet in the middle.

Ruby’s Astro Weekly Update – “Shifts”
The week ahead seems to be somewhat better, but especially starting September 18th, this can be the best day of the week. Some folks will have a run of good luck on the 19th as well. This is a good time to launch something new, as it could be quite successful. Did you hear that folks, it’s a Green Light to get things moving, start anything you would like, just watch for the VOID MOONS this week, as there are a few lengthy ones.
On September 16 & 17, mental Mercury gets into a challenging opposition with wounded healer Chiron. This can bring up feelings of trauma from our past, as old wounds can resurface. We can be more focused on the past and what we should’ve done or what we could’ve changed, old memories playback through our minds. As we replay these missed opportunities and start to feel older wounds, we can also find ourselves either biting our tongue or straight-up lying about something that happened. Our motive is actually to not hurt others feelings and to protect them and ourselves.
Mercury Enters Libra
This planet of communication and perspective Mercury moves into more charming Libra from September 14th -October 3rd. When Mercury is in Libra we tend to be more on the friendly side but also we are diplomatic, which means we are careful about what we say and perhaps a little more cautious. Some folks will be somewhat false during this time just to keep things peaceful. In our relationships with others, we are more rational in our way of thinking. So it’s a good time for negotiations as we are better at seeing both sides to any given situation. While Mercury is in Libra it can be more challenging to make decisions on the fly, as we tend to ponder over things more so than usual, so it might just be more difficult to make up our minds. We also can struggle with asserting ourselves expressing ourselves because we don’t want to start any kind of trouble! For some folks, the fear of stirring up problems can be almost debilitating, to the point where you just can’t speak up for yourself at all! This is a good time for taking other people’s opinions and points of view into consideration as we can be fair and our conclusions sound.
On September 19 motivational Mars makes a lovely connection to transformational Pluto. This can make it a day of success for many of you. So the 18th and 19th can very special as it is a day when we can manifest what we want or need.

SATURN DIRECT FROM RETROGRADE
This is an extremely important time in our lives folks where we can look back to what we’ve done and our accomplishments over the last several months. We finally may catch a break even though this energy is quite stagnant right now. So take a look back to what was going on in your life at the end of April of 2019 when Saturn first went Retrograde. How much progress have you made since then? How much did you grow or evolve from your experiences? Many of you have felt stuck since then, but that’s all shifting now. Some of you are already getting rewarded for your hard work, and now we all can continue to move forward.
Starting September 21, Jupiter makes a tense square to foggy Neptune for its final time in a series of three meetings. Whatever has been going on in your life since last January and then again in mid-June will finally come to its strongest point and then to its completion. If you think back to those times you might be able to connect some dots, but remember under this influence everything is not as it appears to be, and problems can seem larger than what they really are.
The Morning Star turns into the Evening Star!
On September 26th, Venus shifts from being the Morning Star to the Evening Star! Venus has been rising in the early morning, but it shifts and will once again rise in the evening time.
This is a very significant Cosmic shift. When Venus rises in the morning, she is almost invisible. And all the parts of our lives that Venus influences seem to have issues. It has been studied that when Venus is in its Morning Star cycle there are problems. Venus seems to put out more negative energy during this time. This position causes challenges within our relationships, of course, and often things involving our finances, so partnerships and marriages can have major breakdowns under this influence. Relationships seem to be more tense than usual, and often we see folks have more money problems, as it seems like money is constantly going out! Single folks seem to have a tougher time meeting soulmate like partners also.
But when Venus turns back into the Evening Star, the energies shift and love and money seem to just flow better, and we tend to hear more good news. Our lives seem to start picking back up once again and big developments start to happen! Plus the Goddess herself, Venus is visible in the night sky once again. So for whatever reason when she’s rising as the Evening Star, Venus’s energies are far better and this has an impact on all of us. Hopefully, we will start seeing some good stuff manifest once again under her glowing light.

This week Venus is in the spotlight as she also goes back into her own sign of Libra. This shift is also the beginning of the Stellium in Virgo breaking apart, which for some is a welcome relief, but I will have more about that later. For the next three and a half weeks all you Sun in Libra’s out there might have an easier going time. But all the Zodiac Signs will notice people are more kind and easier going towards each other. This is really good energy to make plans involving someone special, so romantic getaways can go quite well as we can get some much-needed space together to concentrate on our relationships.

August Full Moon Info
The Full Moon occurs on Thursday, August 15 in the sign of Aquarius.
The Full Moon is opposing the Goddess of love herself, Venus, but this actually can help all your single folks meet a soulmate or lover. There may be issues however for those of you who are already in a relationship, as this energy can be problematic and cause tensions in any kind of relationship. So that maybe with our children, siblings, close friends, family members, or even co-workers. There may be some drama, as any kind of difficult relationship can get more stressed out during this time. This Full Moon energy can bring out feelings of jealousy or anger! So if your partner is the jealous type, try to avoid direct confrontations during the 14th-16th, and this may even be stronger if you have already been having issues or have been arguing for the last few weeks or so.Â
Even if you are not in a stressful relationship, there can be challenges around having to work extra hard during this time, so this influence can take our time and attention away from our personal life and family responsibilities. Under the Full Moon you can also set out Crystals or Gemstones to be charged up by the moonbeams, and spend some time in meditation, and find your Zen and focus on what you no longer want in your life. What would you like to release is the question you should be asking? This can be a person, situation, or just an old belief or bad attitude, that might be blocking up your life.
On August 16 and 17, remember Mercury Squares off with rebellious Uranus, this is already starting to cause issues, as some unexpected news may come your way, and all the Zodiac Signs are affected but especially all you Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, or Taurus folks.
On August 18, Mars the aggressor of the Cosmos will shift into more detailed Virgo through October 4. All you Virgo and Virgo Rising folks may feel extremely restless and have a stronger boost of energy, so sleep may be more difficult during this time. Venus Enters Gemini
On June 8, Venus the Goddess of Love, that rules over our relationships and often financial affairs enters the sign of Gemini, through July 3rd.
We definitely can be more talkative and naturally curious, under this influence. Our minds are whirling with juicy information along with a stronger than normal desire to share, however, we can get lost in conversation. We can be extremely indecisive but also aware, because we can read between the lines in any form of communication. This is a time when we like to multi-task as we’re motivated by our own curiosity. Which with Venus involved, the Goddess of Love, that means some people are also going to be more curious than usual about being free and not in a relationship, as the air sign Gemini influence can make us desire more alone time, and we can feel quite detached and therefore, this is not a time to take love or a relationship too seriously. Astro Monthly Forecast for June 2019
June has arrived as we have been already cruising through Gemini Season (when the Sun is in Gemini), that runs through the end of this month, so this looks to be like a very interesting time! It’s consistent but also an important time of the year. Since July 2019 will have both our next Eclipse Season and the next Mercury Retrograde cycle. June might just be the zen month we need to prepare for all the energy coming. As there are no major Cosmic Connections this month, but we do have two of 2019’s major transits, so certain energies are playing out in June that connects us back to where we were last January in some way, and where we will probably end up by the years end.
The New Moon occurs on June 3rd in the sign of Gemini, this brings fresh new energy into our lives. If we stay aware of the positive energies this influence brings, we can learn from others by simply being curious, as we can work on improving our social and communication skills. So we can learn how to think and express ourselves with our words. As the planet, Mercury will also be in its own sign of Gemini during this time, which makes this a good time for mental focus so you can Set Intentions or make out Wish Lists with the New Moon energy.

On June 4 Mercury enters the sign of the crab, Cancer. Many of you will have to make some decisions around your family or other close relations, home, and if dealing with real estate. This Influence can cause some of you to feel extremely negative or overly critical, cynical, or judgemental in your thinking. It will be important during this time to make sure and not react without really thinking things through first.
On the 6th of June, Jupiter forms a somewhat challenging aspect to Uranus, which again can cause restlessness if our dreams are not happening! And especially if what we thought could happen in our future is no longer fulfilling or is no longer inspirational. So there might be a lot of endings or chapters closing during this time as well.
On June 18th Saturn makes a beautiful connection to dreamy Neptune, this is a major transit influencing us for most of 2019. This is the second in a set of three meetings between these two planets, the last one occurred in January of 19 and the next one will come together in November of 19. This brings together the discipline of Saturn and dreams of Neptune, so it helps bring structure and meaning to our ideals and plans for our future dreams and goals. Neptune has room to grow and we are better able to show our acceptance and devotion which can help us bring new meaning to our work especially, but also traditions and customs. We feel more strongly and enjoy the sense of purpose in our lives under this influence. This can harmonize our spirituality with our material goals here in this physical existence or realm. The best part of this influence is how our circumstances because of our attitude can help us follow through with our dreams, as we can turn our visions and ideals seriously into reality! Work on syncing your imagination and physical actions now, so visualize what you want in your mind and feel it, and then take steps to actually make it happen, as this is serious manifesting energy folks, your efforts will be rewarded. Because there is a stronger belief and sense that our dreams are realizable in some way now, we can build a much stronger faith and acceptance.
June 20th is important because even though Mercury doesn’t officially go Retrograde until next month on July 7th, it starts it’s Pre Shadow period. Mercury is Retrograde this time around from July 7th through August 1st, but it starts its journey on the 20th of June. Mercury must cover territory that it knows already first, so we will be doing some backtracking during its Shadow Period this month. This shadow time will have us go over everything that has to do with our thoughts, conversations, negotiations, and ideas. There can be a sense of turnaround, revisiting things, and delays. So pay attention to everything that comes up from the 20th till July 7th. Think about how life is speaking to you, ask how do you receive your signs or messages from the Universe, or whatever you want to call it! It speaks to us through synchronicities and messages that are usually quite subtle, that you tend to write off as just a coincidence. But the more aware you are this month, and the more you pay attention to those signs and messages the easier July will be for you!

Happy Birthday to all the Cancers of the Zodiac!
On June 21st the Sun will shift into more withdrawn Cancer, which also marks the Summer Solstice.
The Sun shifts into more private, emotional Cancer until July 22nd, and our attention is turned towards our family unit, home life, and anything that makes us feel at home, safe, and secure. This symbolizes our need to plant roots and to figure out just where we belong in this world, but the Cosmos may not be as cooperative as we would like, and we can feel moody and pensive during this time.
The Sun’s entrance into Moon-ruled Cancer not only marks the Summer Solstice, but has us more focused on our personal lives, and this includes building you and your family’s safety and security, while nurturing your loved ones and creating a comfortable life at home. It just makes sense that the symbol for the security-minded sign of Cancer is the Crab, this is a creature that takes its home wherever it goes! It’s important to take care of your social obligations, especially your professional life while the Sun is in Cancer, all your activities outside of your home will be more successful when you have a strong family and home base to fall back on, and a more solid schedule. Over the next month make sure to set time aside to relax and recharge your batteries and don’t forget how important it is to spend quality time with those you love.
On the 21st, Neptune turns Retrograde. This fog will roll in as it casts a veil over our normal practical lives. This influence causes us to temporarily lose our inspiration because we are re-working our dreams and wishes with what’s happening emotionally within ourselves. This Retrograde cycle itself lasts until Nov 27th, which means this will be a period of confusion and indecisiveness. You may feel stuck or like you are in limbo, but it is a great time to work on discovering your inner-self more.
On June 26, Mercury shifts into the sign of Leo. When Mercury is in the house of Leo, people’s high aspirations and ideas will be put through tests and challenges. But we must remember during this time Mercury will already be in its Pre-Shadow period of Retrograde. Therefore, there can be confusion of all sorts over the same. People can lose their temper more often once Mercury is Retrograde, especially in the sign of Leo with its pre-shadow period beginning June 20th. Those in power and authority are likely to make major mistakes and blunders resulting in utter chaos in the country, which is really the last thing we need right now here in the US, but this applies to all countries. Issues involving love and relationships are likely to heat up during this time, so relationships can be difficult as communication is fuzzy and confusing. Don’t allow children to overindulge or even adults you care for, as they can take eating too much or playing too much to a whole new level. Starting anything new or that you don’t fully trust should be put off during this time and waited out until Mercury is totally out of Retrograde later in August. Leo is ruled by the heart as well, so we should pay extra close attention to what we are eating or any bad habits we might have during this time.
