The Cosmos is shifting once again and there’s a lot of changes on the horizon, as we wrap up November and slide into December. These energies can certainly be interesting, but can actually help us to get grounded as we build towards making our lives more stable.
The Goddess of Love, Venus just moved into more stabilizing Capricorn. Honesty is more important because we value integrity during this time. But we can appear cold or cut off with our feelings, simply because we’re more focused on getting things in place, so we tend to follow the rules or do what’s right under this influence.
Major Changes!
Expansive Jupiter is in the last or 29th degree of Sagittarius until, starting Monday, December 2nd, Jupiter shifts into more restricted Capricorn, which starts what’s called a “Stellium” in Astrology, and it’s in the sign of Capricorn this time around which will affect us for the next six weeks! A Stellium is when three or more planets are in the same sign at the same time. This energy will saturate us in all things Capricorn, so over this next month, we can be more focused and serious about meeting our goals. Business matters and financial security will be of the utmost importance. But it’s a great time to get organized, and to look for ways to make your work, relationships, and life more stable. It’s a time to build solid foundations that last for years to come.
Wherever this Stellium in Capricorn falls in your own personal “Astrology Birth Chart” is where you’ll see its energies most evident, and you’ll feel a stronger need to give that part of your life more attention for the next few months. The Earth Signs – Capricorn, Virgo, and Taurus could see some benefits during this time, as it can be easier for them to handle this familiar energy. But we all can use it to our advantage if we work steadily and stick to taking care of our responsibilities for the next few months. No slacking off or taking foolish risks.
There will be a lot of Capricorn influence in place during December and January. And this will grow stronger with Jupiter joining the Stellium on Dec 2nd. Asteroid Ceres is already in Capricorn, and so are the South Node Points of Destiny, and Saturn and Pluto. On Dec 21st the Solstice will occur and the Sun shifts into the sign of Capricorn, and then Mercury as well on December 28th. That’s a whole lot of Capricorn energy folks, affecting many different parts of our Astrology Charts and our lives.
We should look to when the Moon is in Capricorn, as it makes this influence even stronger. We tend to take the high road under its influence and can be more reliable. The Moon is in Capricorn on November 29, and then on December 25-27, and on January 21-23. And there’s a strong Eclipse in the sign of Capricorn on December 26th as well.
So on New Year’s Day, the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, the South Node, Ceres, Saturn, and Pluto will all be in this Earth-Ruled “Stellium”, ringing in the New Year! Capricorn energy is abundant this New Year, so it might not be the most exciting of celebrations, as Capricorn energy is way more serious and we might just be more focused on taking care of business! But 2020, it will be a year to build some sort of long last foundation for yourself, it’s a time to get our lives structured and organized, and once things are in place we can party like it’s 1999 later.
When so many planets in one sign, something amazing can happen! Pay attention to the shifts and watch for some sort of change over the next few months.

Jupiter in Capricorn
On December 2nd, giant Jupiter the planet of luck, personal growth, and expansion shifts into the sign of Capricorn. This brings in a whole new set of benefits and a shift in luck to pass around until December 19, 2020! All the Earth signs can benefit from this influence, but all the Capricorns, Taurus, and Virgo folks might just experience something wonderful during this time. But we all can see Jupiter’s rewards in one way or another. Jupiter is going to be in the last part of the sign of Capricorn for an extended amount of time, which means if you were born from January 10th to the 20th, you could see some extra special rewards.
It’s a time to get organized and get a plan together, make sure you find ways to make them for the long term, this is a solid time to build foundations that will last folks! But it also helps us learn how to work around restrictions and limitations. Make sure you’ve got backup plans as well. What will you be doing during this time?
Being methodical with your plans is important, because Jupiter is also meeting up with Pluto, which means drama, and power struggles. And Jupiter then meets with stern Saturn (Capricorn’s ruling planet), this means there can be conflicts and limitations to deal with even when you have a run of good luck! But keep working to meet your goals and don’t give up.
It’s important that whatever you choose to work on for 2020, that you get it going and ready by April, then you really have a chance to see your dreams materialize, and turn into successes.

This can be an especially lucky time for many of you, with amazing financial growth and lucky streaks around your career and professional life. Especially if you were born under the signs of Scorpio, Taurus, Virgo, or Pisces, there can some extra gifts for you this Holiday Season to look forward too. But remember this can happen for any of us.
All these new Cosmic influences starting on Dec 2nd can bring something successful into any of your lives.
