Happy Birthday to all my Aquarius people and welcome to Aquarius Season.

This month-long cycle keeps us hungry for knowledge and experience. We now start looking for new ways to do things, as we search for what feels original, different, and unique! We become increasingly aware of what isn’t working anymore in our lives and strive to find new ways of looking at life as our minds open to new perspectives. With the Sun now in Aquarius, you will feel more even-tempered, artistic, sociable, peaceful in your general attitude to life, humanitarian, warm and loving.

You may just start to feel more like mingling again, and not as heavy or weighed down, as our overall attitude is more peaceful. But we can get rather nerve-wracked and anxious if we start focusing on what we are lacking in our lives. Turn any worrisome energy you might experience into something you can manifest, by setting goals and making plans. Tackle one thing at a time and work on yourself, it’s much easier to think about ourselves when the Sun is in Aquarius because we more detached emotionally, and can put our feelings to the side just long enough to take care of important business.

There’s a whole bunch of planets in the sign of more grounded Capricorn currently, which doesn’t mesh well with free-spirited AQUARIUS. Under the Sun in Aquarius, we can find all the structure and order to be too rigid, cold, and restrictive.

Now that it’s officially AQUARIUS SEASON we as individuals are going to be seeking more freedom and independence. We’re going to work very hard now to free ourselves from any restrictions, limitations, and inhibitions that keep us feeling blocked or constrained, rather than safe and comfortable like we have been over the last month during Capricorn Season.

There’s a lot of movement and excitement usually during Aquarius Season, as amazing things are about to be discovered! We tend to be way more open-minded now and can experience an awareness or knowingness. As Ah-Ha moments occur more often, and those amazing epiphanies, ya know those moments you suddenly realize something or rediscover something you weren’t aware of or had forgotten!

Many of you haven’t been so tapped into your spirit lately, with the Sun and mental Mercury both in the Earthy sign of Capricorn. This shift gives us a chance to stretch our minds, bodies, and spirits. So enjoy it!

Some things you can do during this time try to express yourself more openly and outwardly. Be open to trying new ways of communicating and expressing yourself to flow better with this energy. This is a time where we are often quite eccentric. Maybe try to doing something more investigative and take the time to learn something, involving science, Astrology, Metaphysics, or New Age-ish, as lots of folks tend to dapple in the occult during this time. It’s just a good time to study anything new, different, bizarre, or innovative.

This is time of self-expression, as our thoughts and actions both, drive our ambitions. Conventional or traditional values are changed up during this time, With fresh and exciting horizons ahead we are motivated by Spirit!

The Energy is Changing!

If you are feeling a little off or strange you could be feeling the ECLIPSE ENERGY already! Often we start to feel them a few weeks prior to them coming together! The energy of an ECLIPSE is strongest during the time before it comes together and it grows by the day.

The BLUE MOON ECLIPSE represents the second of two FULL MOONS in the month of January. This will occur on January 31st, as this FULL MOON is the third in a series of three back to back SUPER FULL MOONS! WOW! That’s a whole lot of energy for us to take on, and this means these FULL MOONS are closer to the earth then the average FULL MOON, so we feel them much more intensely! For this ECLIPSE to be a BLUE MOON and a SUPER MOON both is a very rare event indeed.

This is also special because it is the first BLUE MOON TOTAL ECLIPSE in 150 years! You can’t make this stuff up folks. For the rest of the Signs of the Zodiac
Well things might just get even better now if you have been feeling overwhelmed or burdened and having a tough time over the last few weeks, things are slowly finally starting to shift and this weekend it will at the very least start to increasingly get better. Who’s all been sick out there? I know it’s been rough for many of you.

The energy that has been the issue is what’s called a “STELLIUM” of planets in the sign of CAPRICORN, that means more than 3 planets at a time in one SIGN, but at one point there were six planets involved! That’s a whole lot of stuck, grounded energy, that helped us get seriously organized but it became too overwhelming and burdening.

Now that the SUN is moving into the sign of AQUARIUS this weekend, VENUS will already be there and the challenging energy will lighten up! There is a light at the end of the tunnel and hope is in sight now! The weather also should finally start to get better and for those folks who can’t seem to shake the colds or flu bugs going around will probably start to feel better as well.

SATURDAY, SUN ENTERS AQUARIUS
Energy shifts finally are happening!
It’s a good time to get social and hang out with friends and seek out groups of like-minded individuals that you can pal around with. It’s a great weekend for a Reading or to get an Astrology Report done, while this energy is with us.

JUPITER is connecting to powerful PLUTO currently, this long-term influence will be in the backdrop of our lives through September of 2018, so it will play out and help us grasp different types of spiritual knowledge that we seek out during this time. Look to gain a greater understanding and have those amazing Ah-Ha moments, as this energy is already bringing in strong spiritual awakenings.

January 26th – MARS ENTERS SAGITTARIUS
Our Saggy friends will not need a whole lot of sleep (when does a Sagittarius sleep anyway?) over the next six weeks once MARS shifts into the fiery sign of Sagittarius, but all of the SIGNS of the ZODIAC will get an extra boost of energy! So wherever Sadge falls in your own personal “Astrology Birth Chart” (no matter what sign you are it is in there somewhere), you will get a chance to really put forth some great effort and see results, as long as you don’t overdo it!

Pay Attention! – January 27th – MERCURY SQUARES URANUS
This is an influence we need to be careful with, it’s going to stir folks up and our words or the way we communicate can be the biggest issue at that time. Watch your words a few days before this energy comes together on the 27th as misunderstandings are going to be rampant and can lead to arguments. People will say the most shocking things at this time, so if you don’t want to hear it don’t get into it. It is a time when folks just want to complain, so avoid negative or toxic relationships as well, or it can get ugly!

Change Has Arrived!

Sun in Aquarius from January 19-February 18

Later today, the SUN shifts gears into strong-minded AQUARIUS through February 18th! This month-long cycle keeps us hungry for knowledge and experience. We now will be looking for new ways to do things, as we search for what feels original and unique! We become increasingly aware of what isn’t working anymore in our lives and strive to find new perspectives.
This issue with so many planets still in the sign of CAPRICORN is the energy doesn’t mesh well with free-spirited AQUARIUS, as it finds all the structure and order to be too rigid, cold, and restrictive.
Now that it’s officially AQUARIUS SEASON we as individuals are going to be seeking more freedom! We’re going to work very hard now to free ourselves from any restrictions, limitations, and inhibitions that keep us feeling blocked and constrained rather than safe.
All of the energies I have described above are going to be stronger than usual with VENUS the planet of love & values also in the sign of AQUARIUS now through February 10th! So this means there’s lots of movement, excitement, and exciting things that are about to be discovered!

I’ve already mentioned some of the Astrological energies coming in my daily blogs today, but I thought I would give you a run down of the rest of the week, so you can plan accordingly!

In Astrology, Squares are a challenging energy for each of every one of us. And over these next two weeks, we have to deal with some pretty intense squares involving somber, cold Saturn. This influence may bring about some challenges. Saturn just is difficult to handle sometimes, especially when it’s in a challenging position like it is now. But Saturn also rewards us for a job well done, so take care of business for now.

Also this week aggressive Mars the Planet of War is thrown into some tense squares, (if you haven’t already noticed.) This doesn’t mean everyone is going to experience some sort of violence, but there is a strong influence of anger, aggression, violence, and rage running amuck, and some folks might be feeling powerless which in turn brings out these stronger more nasty emotions.

In particular, women are feeling the tension now but the men are about to get their own dose soon. But everyone may experience this energy! This can be a challenging week for a woman and therefore you might notice the woman, in particular, making things more difficult, as they are feeling the tension more strongly. It’s best to remain calm and supportive around any females authority figures for now. Be nice! And make no commitments or promises right now. Remember there’s not much we can do to control lies being told right now.

Then on Thursday aggressive Mars gets into a tense square with hard-nosed Saturn. It is going to be very difficult to come to an agreement with anyone on Thursday, simply because of this influence! Everyone seems to want to their own way and this blocks us from making certain breakthroughs.

Friday looks to be a little better when loving Venus and psychological Pluto make a nice connection. It’s a good day to go after what you want and to take risks around reaching a goal or when finalizing a plan. Whatever you do don’t be shy, going out of your comfort zone can help things along.

Getting your way might go really well on both Friday and Saturday this week, so if you need something from someone, get too sweet talking their ears off. Try it and see what happens! This energy help folks want to say yes to your requests and it’s a totally different vibe from Thursday.

Also on Thursday, the Sun moves into Aquarius, and we begin a celebration of friendships and soul tribes for a whole month.
