Here we go again! Those two dreaded words are once again upon us, as “Mercury Retrograde” starts on June 18th and runs through July 12th!
Mercury Retrograde is usually quite annoying to most people as it causes communication and technology breakdowns, and it can bring delays with travel and shipments. However, this isn’t one of my normal anti-Mercury Retrograde write-ups, as this particular backward cycle of Mercury can likely be somewhat of a good influence as well. I know it’s an interesting turn of events! But rather than just being mischievous the trickster planet, Mercury might bring in some luck for some folks, as it makes a strong connection to the star, Sirius! So even as annoying as Mercury Retrograde can be at least this time around it can bring some success and wealth as well.
This Mercury in Retrograde is in the sign of Cancer, (June 21st-July 22nd) so it does tend to affect those with Cancer astrological placements in their personal “Natal Astrology Charts” a bit more strong, but it runs much deeper than that and affects all of us no matter what Signs we have.
Now there will also be challenges with this Mercury in Retrograde cycle as it’s aspecting the Eclipse on June 21st. The first part of the actual Retrograde cycle starts on the 18th can be bumpy folks, with travel issues that include driving or flying especially. There will be delays and cancellations of all kinds in all situations. And computer and online problems that affect both personal and business can be a really big issue this go around.
Three Phases of Mercury’s Retrograde cycle:
June 2 to 18 – Pre-Shadow period before Mercury goes Retrograde, as it slows down
During this Shadow phase, you get a sample of what part of your life this particular Mercury Retrograde will affect
June 18 to July 12 – Is the Actual Retrograde Phase
During the actual Retrograde phase, we deal mainly with miscommunications and annoying technical glitches, this time I think we’ll see a whole lot of folks get visited from both friends and lovers from their past, as Cancer’s ruling planet is the Moon and this brings up our past experiences to review and helps us tap into our unconscious mind.
July 12 to 26 – The after Shadow phase that lasts until Mercury leaves Retrograde.
The after Shadow period is when things get wonky again at first, as we slowly get back to normal, at least we start to feel like we are mentally moving forward again and eventually back to some kind of normalcy.
There are certain things we should be doing during a Mercury Retrogrades cycle, like starting something over or finishing up projects we’ve already started. Remember Mercury represents the mind and how we perceive information, so when in Retrograde it is a time to go back over things and reassess our lives. We should revise plans and personal goals perhaps, revisit anything that needs to be worked on, reconnect with loved ones, and business contacts, and redo just about anything if it helps, and usually, it does during this time. Refresh your life by doing things over again, and ask lots of questions. Otherwise, Mercury can be one giant headache for ya, especially if you try to push forward with brand-new plans, it just doesn’t usually work out so well.
One of the best things you can do during any Mercury Retrograde cycle is to write things down, take notes, and do anything you can to remember, taking these simple actions can make this whole Mercury in Retrograde experience so much easier to get through and navigate. These little mistakes and going back and doing things over can lead to it being a time of growth and personal development.
Mercury in Rx like all Retrograde planets, as is happening for a reason. This isn’t some new Astrological fad! Planets have always gone into Retrograde cycles and will continue to appear to move backward in the future every year. So every once in a while we get a chance to pause or stop and take a break from our overloaded plugged-in lives. This is the time to review your life and the paths you’re on. What this Mercury in Rx cycle does is help us to breathe, be still, relax, and review. The main thing to understand as this cycles energy takes hold is that it’s a time to review your life and redo anything that needs to be done. It is time to re-search, re-think, re-visit, re-connect, and to get re-organized.

– Redo, Rework, Review, Research, so basically go over things again and wrap up old business and projects.
– Double Check the Facts and any info gathered.
– Re-visit anything that needs fixing or even if you have a question.
– Re-connect with folks that matter if you’ve had issues or not.
– Backup Computers and data that needs saved, it’s best to do this during the Shadow Phases.
– Re-organize your daily routines.
– Declutter
– Reflect and practice spiritual and energy work.
– Release what’s been holding you back or blocking you, let go of what no longer is working in your life, especially in your intimate relationships.
With Mercury in Retrograde cycles, we just have to be prepared is all, and it’s important to remember during this particular Mercury in Rx phase to do whatever it takes to REMEMBER things. These cycles are not meant to be as aggravating as they seem to be. In a perfect world, if we were to just take some time off from our everyday routines, (like we have been forced to do with COVID going around) it would be a much easier time to navigate. However, if you choose to go against this cycle’s natural flow you will probably get stressed out by something. It is a time to pause and reflect, as this helps us gain new perspectives and maybe realize something we had missed before. This cycle gives us the opportunity to fix things and get them right or the way we want them. Get prepared and try to do something to keep your mind busy during this Mercury in Retrograde cycle, it can help you get through it must more quickly.

Happy Birthday, Libra! And Happy Libra Season to all. The Sun shifts from practical, detailed Virgo into the sign of harmony and balance, Libra, through October 23.
This is our “Autumnal Equinox”, and we will experience equal hours of daylight as darkness. Today is something to talk about because not only is the Sun moved into charming Libra, but so has the “great messenger” Mercury and the Goddess of Love, Venus. So our core-self, minds, and hearts are in sync, besides the constant need for balance these aspects turn our focus towards our relationships, as these influences bring in the energy of balance, cooperation, and equality. It’s a good time to work on balancing your personal life and relationships.
We can feel mentally sharper and be made more aware of issues of injustice by being able to spot unfair treatment. We may have to stand up for ourselves or someone else during this time. This seems to come out more so with family and close friends. It can be easier at this time to see all sides to most situations, so we can have a hard time choosing sides while trying to figure things out. Just remember you can’t make everyone happy, as decision making can prove to be difficult. This is a good time to meet others halfway, compromise, and work on negotiations. This transit can affect those with Leo or Libra Suns Signs or Rising signs quite strongly, but this energy affects all of us! This Black Moon is a Super Moon this time around, and so it’s literally closer to Earth, so the tides and anything made of water here on planet Earth is affected by the Moon’s vibrational pull at this time.

I cannot stress enough just how important it is this time around to do the work and Set Intentions or make out Wish Lists under this powerful, rare Super “Black” New Moon. Especially, since we have just dealt with so much life-changing transformational energy. This is the time to make some new plans and set some goals to help you bring in new beginnings and rewards, don’t worry about how big or small they are as in two week from now when the next Full Moon occurs you should start to see something begin. Just simply write it all down, and read it and than FEEL IT! Then since Leo is a Fire Sign many like to burn up what they have written and send the energies off to the Universe in hopes it will bring us what we have asked for.
This New Moon also brings in the start of a New Lunar Cycle, and this new energy comes after a series of very potent and transformative Eclipses in July. This new energy can help us calm down and work with any emotional wounds, changes, or transformations the July Eclipses may have brought up. Starting early Saturday morning the Moon shifts into more optimistic, sunny Sagittarius, and will grow until it becomes FULL early in the morning on Monday, June 17th at 3:31 AM CST, 4:31 AM EDT, 2:31 AM MDT, and 1:31 AM PST!
A Full Moon is when the Sun in Gemini (this month) is directly the opposite of the Moon in Sagittarius (this month), and this is a rather naturally impulsive kind of energy, that can have us feeling scattered and all over the place, so things can be quite unpredictable!
This is such an awesome time as we get the whole weekend to celebrate this glorious Full Moon energy, and hopefully, you will do some energy work, and SET INTENTIONS or make out WISH LISTS that are more so about letting go of what is no longer working or serving you in life. This is strong and potent energy to celebrate and enjoy with this Full Moon being in “the life of the party,” sign of Sagittarius. This Full Moon forms under the mutable, changeable sign of Sagittarius, alongside expansive Jupiter, so we must expect some sort of changes to naturally occur, as this is a time to seek out new activities and explore different areas of life, and hopefully, we find something that provides fulfillment.
When the Moon is traveling through the sign of Sagittarius, you might feel like the “grass is greener” on the other side of whatever it is you are giving attention too! You may feel like “jumping ship” from your regular routines or doing something different like learning a new language. The lessons of Sagittarius energy no matter your “Sun Sign” is to be more hopeful, optimistic, and adventurous. This energy helps all of us learn how to “live life out loud” and to believe in the possibilities. We can feel more free-spirited and express ourselves more openly under the Moon in Sagittarius. And this energy is definitely one where we “tell it like it is!”

Since the Moon reflects and is attuned to our deeper emotions, we may also be quite sensitive to being judged or criticized for our behavior, so we may shy away from others and hide, so that can’t see who we truly are. But with both Jupiter and the Moon being in more open-minded Sagittarius, it may prove challenging to hide anything under this Full Moon, as all around this is a strong time for Truth! This adds more spark to an already strong emotional firey energy! Any feelings that get stirred up during this time, are going to be so strong that we may feel like a pot of boiling water and have to express ourselves no matter the consequences.
We’re more likely to overdo things and express ourselves a little too much during this time. Sagittarius energy is about the process of self-discovery and finding something new and exciting. So we tend to not think first and can say “out loud” exactly what we are thinking and sometimes end up “putting our foot in our mouth!”
The following activities are generally favored during the Moon in Sagittarius; adventures, unplanned activities, travel, higher education and learning, publishing projects, advertising, sports, and physical activity!
There also is a current T-Square energy with a Jupiter-Neptune Square coming together during this Full Moon. So even if we don’t understand the motivations of others, we need to make it a point to connect to our hearts and show empathy when faced with the truth. Dealing with obstacles and setbacks can cause frustrations, which can lead us into negative thinking like the Universe is beating us up! Instead, view them as lessons in true Sagittarius fashion and be more optimistic about your experiences instead, see them as character building to help us to become masters!
Full Moon Madness is upon us folks!
Pay attention as June’s Full Moon comes together Monday morning, so this weekend can be full of some weird but strong energies and experiences. Make sure to remember the Full Moon causes a physical reaction that usually provokes an emotional response that can affect all of us! It just depends on how we learn to handle the energy or don’t. There’s always going to be the ones who don’t handle it well and may act out and get wild under this Full Moon energy, so expect for some people to just act out of character. Otherwise, enjoy this time and celebrate this glorious illumination.
June has arrived as we have been already cruising through Gemini Season (when the Sun is in Gemini), that runs through the end of this month, so this looks to be like a very interesting time! It’s consistent but also an important time of the year. Since July 2019 will have both our next Eclipse Season and the next Mercury Retrograde cycle. June might just be the zen month we need to prepare for all the energy coming. As there are no major Cosmic Connections this month, but we do have two of 2019’s major transits, so certain energies are playing out in June that connects us back to where we were last January in some way, and where we will probably end up by the years end.
The New Moon occurs on June 3rd in the sign of Gemini, this brings fresh new energy into our lives. On June 4 Mercury enters the sign of the crab, Cancer. Many of you will have to make some decisions around your family or other close relations, home, and if dealing with real estate. This won’t slow us down much, but the Trickster planet of the Zodiac does hit its pre-shadow of Retrograde cycle, (yes that is Mercury in Retrograde on June 20.) During this upcoming Mercury in Retrograde cycle, it will go between the Signs of Cancer and Leo, but remember that’s just the sign the planet Mercury is in and that energy affects every single sign of the Zodiac. This Influence can cause some of you to feel extremely negative or overly critical, cynical, or judgemental in your thinking. It will be important during this time to make sure and not react without really thinking things through first.
On the 6th of June, Jupiter forms a somewhat challenging aspect to Uranus, which again can cause restlessness if our dreams are not happening! And especially if what we thought could happen in our future is no longer fulfilling or is no longer inspirational. You might go on some hunt for something impractical or go on some unusual tangent that doesn’t last for long.
Starting June 8 Venus enters the sign of Gemini, through July 3. So we are more talkative and curious by nature, as our minds are always whirling with juicy information along with a stronger than normal desire to share. Our hands are usually in many pots during this time, as our curiosity motivates us both romantically and socially. We are looking for variety and diversity, as we are much more social, communicative, and interested. Connecting mentally with others, especially our partners brings great surges within ourselves. We are more fun and animated but we like to keep our distance when it comes to our deeper emotions. When it comes to the “love” department, we tend to be attracted to words more so and can bond very easily with someone on a mental level. We are more sensitive to touch and other vibrations that are being sent out, so we can react well to any kind of positive feedback. On June 16th, Jupiter forms a square to Neptune, this second meeting in a set of three is the last one, the last one occurred back in January and September before that. This influence has caused challenges with our rather high expectations around faith, hope, beliefs, and our dreams. As this builds around the 13th or so we can start to feel it’s presence more strongly in our personal lives. It’s easy to fall for some sort of illusion maybe through others or by our own unrealistic ideas. There have been and will be consequences around disorganization, neglect, extravagance, and exaggeration. You can feel quite restless and this can be stronger than usual, and our routines just may not make us as happy during this time. So it’s easy to get off track and take some sort of new path, but it will be practical. This can cause us to wander and feel sort of lost because we are not grounded. Also, don’t be fooled as this is a time when we can be taken by something or someone, make sure and watch very carefully that you do not ignore or avoid things, and you might just change your beliefs or philosophies in some way to justify how you’ve been avoiding these issues. There can be issues around setting boundaries for ourselves, so keep your head out of the clouds. It might be important to be more strict with discipline, and what your normal schedule is to make sure you don’t get carried away. On June 18th Saturn makes a beautiful connection to dreamy Neptune,this is a major transit influencing us for most of 2019. This is the second in a set of three meetings between these two planets, the last one occurred in January of 19 and the next one will come together in November of 19. This brings together the discipline of Saturn and dreams of Neptune, so it helps bring structure and meaning to our ideals and plans for our future dreams and goals. Neptune has room to grow and we are better able to show our acceptance and devotion which can help us bring new meaning to our work especially, but also traditions and customs. We feel more strongly and enjoy the sense of purpose in our lives under this influence. This can harmonize our spirituality with our material goals here in this physical existence or realm. The best part of this influence is how our circumstances because of our attitude can help us follow through with our dreams, as we can turn our visions and ideals seriously into reality! Work on syncing your imagination and physical actions now, so visualize what you want in your mind and feel it, and then take steps to actually make it happen, as this is serious manifesting energy folks, your efforts will be rewarded. Because there is a stronger belief and sense that our dreams are realizable in some way now, we can build a much stronger faith and acceptance.
June 20th is important because even though Mercury doesn’t officially go Retrograde until next month on July 7th, it starts it’s Pre Shadow period. Mercury is Retrograde this time around from July 7th through August 1st, but it starts its journey on the 20th of June. Mercury must cover territory that it knows already first, so we will be doing some backtracking during its Shadow Period this month. This shadow time will have us go over everything that has to do with our thoughts, conversations, negotiations, and ideas. There can be a sense of turnaround, revisiting things, and delays. So pay attention to everything that comes up from the 20th till July 7th. Think about how life is speaking to you, ask how do you receive your signs or messages from the Universe, or whatever you want to call it! It speaks to us through synchronicities and messages that are usually quite subtle, that you tend to write off as just a coincidence. But the more aware you are this month, and the more you pay attention to those signs and messages the easier July will be for you!

On June 21st the Sun will shift into more withdrawn Cancer, which also marks the Summer Solstice.
The Sun shifts into more private, emotional Cancer until July 22nd, and our attention is turned towards our family unit, home life, and anything that makes us feel at home, safe, and secure. This symbolizes our need to plant roots and to figure out just where we belong in this world, but the Cosmos may not be as cooperative as we would like, and we can feel moody and pensive during this time.
The Sun’s entrance into Moon-ruled Cancer not only marks the Summer Solstice, but has us more focused on our personal lives, and this includes building you and your family’s safety and security, while nurturing your loved ones and creating a comfortable life at home. It just makes sense that the symbol for the security-minded sign of Cancer is the Crab, this is a creature that takes its home wherever it goes! It’s important to take care of your social obligations, especially your professional life while the Sun is in Cancer, all your activities outside of your home will be more successful when you have a strong family and home base to fall back on, and a more solid schedule. Over the next month make sure to set time aside to relax and recharge your batteries and don’t forget how important it is to spend quality time with those you love.
On the 21st, Neptune turns Retrograde. This fog will roll in as it casts a veil over our normal practical lives. This influence causes us to temporarily lose our inspiration because we are re-working our dreams and wishes with what’s happening emotionally within ourselves. This Retrograde cycle itself lasts until Nov 27th, which means this will be a period of confusion and indecisiveness. You may feel stuck or like you are in limbo, but it is a great time to work on discovering your inner-self more.
OnJune 26, Mercury shifts into the sign of Leo. When Mercury is in the house of Leo, people’s high aspirations and ideas will be put through tests and challenges. But we must remember during this time Mercury will already be in its Pre-Shadow period of Retrograde. Therefore, there can be confusion of all sorts over the same. People can lose their temper more often once Mercury is Retrograde, especially in the sign of Leo with its pre-shadow period beginning June 20th. Those in power and authority are likely to make major mistakes and blunders resulting in utter chaos in the country, which is really the last thing we need right now here in the US, but this applies to all countries. Issues involving love and relationships are likely to heat up during this time, so relationships can be difficult as communication is fuzzy and confusing. Don’t allow children to overindulge or even adults you care for, as they can take eating too much or playing too much to a whole new level. Starting anything new or that you don’t fully trust should be put off during this time and waited out until Mercury is totally out of Retrograde later in August. Leo is ruled by the heart as well, so we should pay extra close attention to what we are eating or any bad habits we might have during this time.

Mental Mercury rules over our minds and how we express ourselves! Mercury changes signs into more practical Taurus on May 6 and stays through May 21.
This is a huge shift for all of us. We’ve been under a lot of fiery fast-moving planets since the end of February, and this is the last planet to shift out of that energy! Now the Sun, Mercury, Uranus and soon Venus all will be in the sign of Taurus. This definitely helps us feel more down to earth, stable, and grounded, which will be a nice change of pace but maybe take a few days to get used to. So if you feel tired or unmotivated, don’t worry it won’t last for too terribly long. Just no its a time to pay attention and move slowly.
However, we can feel so slowed down that we need to watch ourselves for feeling to down. This influence does help us use our common sense instead of being so impulsive. We tend to communicate still quite deliberately under this influence, and we can get right to the point and be a tad bit aggressive if we aren’t careful. But we also like to stick to what has worked in the past, so we would rather work with tried and true methods that have worked in the past, instead of finding new ways of doing things.
Our attention is more focused on doing one thing at a time, which can help keep our lives more simple as we should work really hard at what we want and manifest something for ourselves! The May New Moon is in the sign of Taurus and this is a time for new beginnings as this cycle marks a major turning point for many of you. This New Moon phase is an actual harmonious connection between the Sun and Moon, and both of them just happen to be in the sign of Taurus this go around, so it’s very strong and potent energy to manifest under. This is a time of learning what it is we truly value, and what genuinely makes us feel more happy and content with life.

In the Taurus New Moon cycle, we have the opportunity to make some seriously important changes to our lives. So make plans and goals that are solid but also realistic. The month of May might seem to start off a little slow but that’s due to Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto’s very strong Retrograde phases, and with Mercury still in the impulsive sign of Aries, we may feel like making decisions but can be confused about what direction to take. One thing these Retrograde planets are doing is giving us grand ideas and inspiration, but our progress has sort of came to a standstill and it can feel like you’re trying to move a brick wall at times. But this is only temporary folks, we are only in Retrograde Season for the next three and half months.
On May 1st the planets Uranus and Neptune from a somewhat tense semi-square for the last time, but you can feel this all week long. This long-term transit has been in play, off and on since August of 2017. With this aspect, we have been seeking inspiration in one way or as this connection grows stronger and forms once again, we might feel restless if our dreams are not coming together in a way we like or want, so we might need to make some sort of big change. We can easily deceive ourselves in some way or others believing we are going to get something that we just can not have at this time, as we can go on some sort of tangent and act on a whim. Mercury makes a shift on May 6 into the sign of much more slowed-down Taurus, as it moves out of the fast-moving sign of Aries, so we can see big changes. Under this Taurus energy, we are more focused on the here and now, or the present moment, as we want to explore what makes our senses come alive! With Venus in the sign of Taurus, we tend to show our love through physical expressions, and romance is very important to us now. We can get a little overbearing with the object of our affection and hold on tightly to someone we love, but we should be careful not to smother them. The shadow side of this excessiveness is we can treat our partners like objects that we own or just want to have around. And since Venus often rules over our finances or money, as well, we do look for a business to be practical and solid, but also want to only buy what is considered to be of higher quality (often what we cannot afford.) Mars is in Cancer from May 15-July 1 2019. Mars carefully sidesteps through the sensitive, complicated waters of Cancer in May. Mars is the planet of war and strategy, it rules over our physical actions and our passions. We will pursue our goals consistently, but we avoid a direct approach and go after these things in our own way and in our own time. We are less likely to move forward towards our desires and goals with Mars in the sign of Cancer. It is very important that we meet goals and plans, but we can end up diving into our own insecurities, vulnerabilities, hidden agendas, and old emotional wounds. We can learn how to use some self-nurturing tactics along the way. It may be difficult to control our temperament because our mood swings dictate how we do things or when we do them. The Full Moon occurs on May 18 in the sign of Scorpio. This Full Moon can make us feel totally restless. This energy has already been making some of you feel a little nervous over the past week or so, it can make us feel like something is wrong or about to happen. As with any Full Moon, we can feel pushed and pulled on under the Sun and Moon in their tense connection in two opposing signs, and this time around it’s between the Sun in Taurus and the Moon in Scorpio. Luckily, this Full Moon is making harmonious connections to Pluto and Saturn which means we just might have exactly what we need to make some sort of change. This Full Moon energy has us digging deeply, it’s a time of transformation, strategy, love, and generosity, with no space for those who are being false. At its worst, this Scorpio energy can also cause issues with control, manipulation, jealousy, obsession, vengeance, deceit, paranoia, and we can feel overly suspicious. This Full Moon is a strong reminder that we need to think about those who are good to us and appreciate the folks who help with their love and support. We need to listen to others needs, wants, and opinions. This is a time of endings and rebirth.
Happy Gemini Season! On May 20, the Sun slips into more easier going Gemini, so our relationships may move beyond what is false or superficial, and we may just want to make a long-lasting commitment of some kind. A lot of folks tend to get engaged and married during Gemini Season for a reason. Any long-term investments you have been thinking of or planning out can be made now and that includes your relationships. This is a time when we enjoy meeting and schmoozing with others, as we can have all those wonderful brilliant conversations that are quite intellectually stimulating. This actually is a time to collect information and save it for later, you never know how valuable it might become.
A time for Healing! There are two rather nice influences for healing that come together on the 21 and 22, but can affect us weeks before these dates.
On the 21, powerful Pluto and Chiron, the wounded healer and teacher align, and this allows our creativity to flow strong, we are more clever when it comes to solving mysteries in our lives and for both ourselves and others, and when figuring out problems, particularly those issues that may have been holding us back in some way from our destined path in life, towards personal growth and development. Overall, this energy can help us see past human flaws and evolve for a higher purpose, which is about forgiveness and healing.
On the 22nd, dreamy Neptune forms a lovely trine connection with the destined North Node of the Moon, this is a beautiful time and an opportunity to get in touch with your intuition. This helps us trust ourselves to be on the right path toward our own personal improvement, growth, and enlightenment. But his is also a good time to release any negative energies that are holding us back from growing. During this time it might be easier to let go of matters that have caused us pain or frustrations. This is a wonderful few days to meet with others who support our same values, and some of them might even help us see our own potential more clearly.

The Full Moon energy is starting to come together Wednesday the 17th, but won’t completely be FULL until Friday Morning here in the States.
The energy this Full Moon is pushing out is quite strong, so you might feel like taking some sort of action now. You can feel the Full Moon usually about 3 days prior to it being totally FULL. Some of you may feel more tired or run down than usual during this build-up time, especially with Jupiter in Retrograde (backward) right now, so this can be especially strong. Other folks will feel more excitable and anxious during this time, which can lead to feeling more irritated. As the Full Moon swells slowly this week, we can be extremely tuned into our intuition, and since this particular, Full Moon is in the Zodiac Sign of Libra it produces some super-psychic energy! It’s a good time to get Psychic or Astrology Readings or have Energy work done or have some social Full Moon fun, like throwing a little get-together or practicing Full Moon rituals.
The Full Moon on Friday, April 19, 2019, at 29° Libra is opposite the planet of shocks and surprises Uranus.
This means there is a stronger need for change, excitement, and freedom, which can have you feeling more restless and impulsive. Expect the Unexpected during this Full Moon, as there will be unexpected events and strange offbeat behaviors acted out, even more so than usual during a Full Moon. With this Full Moon occurring in the Sign of Libra there can be tensions in our close personal relationships or partnerships, which can bring up emotional issues that we must deal with. There can be a need for emotional support at this is a time, so we should come from the heart and be more compassionate with others.

The Sun is heading into an alignment with Uranus in Taurus as well, this brings about revelations around our own personal independence, and the need for other folks to be in our lives and our partnerships. There will be finalities and endings with this Full Moon.
How do you navigate the energy during a Full Moon?
It can make such a huge difference and set the stage for this to be a good or bad experience.
– How you react or don’t is important during a Full Moon Cycle, learn how to NOT overreact during this time. Instead, work on being patient and see how things play out. Getting upset or jumping to conclusions is easier since you can be so overly emotional during this time. But you will just regret it later, as there are a lot of planets right now slowing down to go Retrograde like Jupiter already, and Saturn and Pluto are in their Shadow periods right before their Retrograde cycles. So things can get a little weird if you go blowing things out of proportion.
– Open your mind and be flexible, and look at all your options rather than feeling stuck, and be willing to change something so your circumstances can also shift into something better or more positive.
– Get rest and plenty of sleep! Work on raising your energetic vibration by doing something that makes you feel good in your soul. Make sure to be around good friends and company. Eat right and healthy. Make sure to get regular exercise, but also take some time to relax and maybe listen to some music that makes you feel good. All of these things will help you feel much better and help raise your vibrational energy.
– Make peace with yourself, your past, and let go of any situations that aren’t helping you. Maybe write out some Full Moon Intentions around what you are done with and what you would like to Let Go and Release!
