With so many planets now in what’s called “Retrograde” Cycles, things are going to be strange, off, and confusing! The planets currently involved are Saturn, Jupiter, and soon Neptune and Mars will join them going into their own backstroke Retrograde periods. Then in the first week of July Chiron, the “wounded healer” will also enter its Retro phase, which is a whole different story to explain another day.

We are already starting to see folks resurface from our past and some of them will be our ex’s! Please remember just because they’ve come back around isn’t necessarily a sign from the Cosmos that you are destined to be together, it simply can be there’s something you need to say or feel from them. Some of you might have to deal with someone that was more of a feminine influence in your life from your past at one point, and this person can cause you some problems, so be wary if someone you know comes back around and is a woman, or has taken care of you in some maternal manner.

Unfortunately, we are already in some sort of Astrological portal where lots of folks decide to leave the planet and crossover. So you will see or hear of many stars, officials, and entertainers passing. We went through this cycle years ago where lots of famous folks seemed to check out, and then we experienced a shorter version of this same energy last year when we lost so many famous folks like Prince. So through the beginning of September, you will probably hear more sad news about famous people making their transition. I should also mention this can affect locally famous people as well. Keep in mind sometimes being famous just means being very popular among your peers.

The other issue is there’s a strong rise of suicides happening. Sigh. With Neptune going Retrograde, this energy can be experienced so deeply that its influence makes some folks not only want to escape but it pulls on them to leave or get out of this physical reality in some way. The shadow side of Neptune’s traits are illusions, dreams, escapism, denial, and its influence often is associated with addiction like drug overdoses!

Neptune Retrograde begins June 18th!
But we are already in the “Shadow Period” which just means the planet is slowing down to go Retrograde, so this energy is clearly already affecting us. So let’s focus on this period and the spiritual journey we should be on during this time.

Neptune Retrograde starts June 18 and runs through November 24. During this time we should focus more on working together towards common goals, this will help bring in better more positive energies. This is a wonderful time for Spiritual Growth, no matter what your beliefs may be! Neptune rules over our spirit and spiritual journey in this life, and our spiritual growth and expansion.

This particular influence is designed by the Cosmos so you’ll take a time out from your busy life and focus more so on your spiritual journey, to find out truths and expand yourself spiritually. You don’t have to be involved in a spiritual quest the whole time Neptune is in Retrograde, but it’s highly recommended that you do something to connect with your spiritual self. Some examples of this would be taking classes that promote healing of the spirit, be it through meditation, energy healing, perhaps journaling exercises, or taking a yoga class. These really are just a few examples of the many ways you can connect to your spirit or higher self!

A Neptune Retrograde phase can be a serious wake-up call. It tears down the illusions and deceptions that you have formed in your life and that has perhaps made your vision cloudy. Fantasies will be magnified during this time. Life is certainly about to get real folks, and the reality you realize leads to breakthroughs. If you’ve been lying to yourself about something this Retrograde cycle can help you see the truth.

A client I know had been struggling to stay in a relationship with a married man for nearly four years, when she went through her last Neptune Retrograde, he actually went back to his wife for good, and she realized there would be no divorce after all, there was never a secure relationship in the future with him.

Another client of mine realized he wasn’t going to get a promotion he had been wanting from the small family-owned company he had worked at for years. He was looked over and that was a tough blow. But Neptune Retrograde helped him see this company would never come through and promote him because he came across an email from the boss that they were only promoting their family members, which he wasn’t. The further you are from the truth the bigger the messages will be.

Warning!!
Neptune’s Retrograde phase is going to bring some challenges and this can make you feel bad about yourself. It’s the worst time to have a pity party, however, and actually feeling bad can cause some folks to get too depressed and make very dangerous choices as we’ve already seen, as there’s a very thin line between what’s real and illusion during this time. And as we try to escape our current reality these lines can be blurred and we can slip and do things we never would normally do.

So if you feel bad please talk to someone, anyone, just reach out and don’t allow yourself to get sucked into this energy. And remember one point past “I Quit”, is always breakthrough!! Which means in simple terms most folks who have tried to commit suicide and weren’t successful will tell you they realized that their problems could and would get better!

Use this Neptune Retrograde time for the better, for spiritual growth and expansion. Get involved with other folks in things like metaphysics, Astrology, and energy healing. Tap into your higher-self and maybe take some spiritual or cosmic classes.

June will be quite an active month with lots of planets entering their Retrograde cycles. This is going to really slow things down folks. First, off Mars, the planet that helps motivate us goes Retro on the 26th, and both Jupiter and Saturn are already in their Retrograde cycles, therefore change is a strong factor in the June Forecast.
Also, Neptune, the planet of spirit and dreams is starting to slow down as it gets ready for its Retrograde cycle on June 18th, this can be a wake-up call, where we have an opportunity to see where reality has been distorted by our own ideals. The truth of what’s really been going on just might surprise you.
On June 13th, the New Moon in curious Gemini give us a chance to plant some seeds of change, and this puts our focus more so on how the power of our thoughts, words, and ideas shape our reality! This energy can help teach you that the way to shift your circumstances is to view your problems from a new or different perspective. Under this Gemini energy, we get the opportunity to see just how this works! We have a chance to use these Gemini energies to view many different perspectives all at one time and gain a greater understanding of how we think or view our lives and situations.
If you feel like you are in a rut or stuck in some way in your life, you can allow this New Moon energy to help you, by taking some time to pause and reflect on your thoughts about what’s been happening and to make necessary changes to your life. Maybe these actions will lead to new and improved outcomes.
On June 15th we will have to deal with mental Mercury’s opposition or connection to Saturn, this means we may have to make some sort of new commitment towards our responsibilities, or an important decision will need to be made at this time around what we are supposed to be doing. With Mercury in the sign of the crab, Cancer, many of you will have to make these decisions around your family or other close relations, home, or real estate. Actually, this Mercury/Saturn energy can help us think much more realistically about our current circumstances. But it also can cause some of you to feel extremely negative or overly critical, cynical, or judgemental in your thinking. It will be important during this time to make sure and not react without really thinking things through first.
The Sun will shift from chatty Gemini, the information collector of the Zodiac, into more withdrawn Cancer on the 21st, which also marks the Summer Solstice. This symbolizes our need to plant roots and to figure out just where we belong in this world, but the Cosmos may not be as cooperative as we would like, and we can feel moody and pensive during this time.
There also is an opposition between the “Cosmic Lovers” of the Zodiac, Venus, and Mars at this time. This energy can churn up our emotional state around what we desire or what we feel we are lacking in our lives, and this is mainly in our intimate relationships. This can cause your resentments to rear their ugly head, but that just means to watch how you treat your partners, loved ones, and close friends. Watch also for a lack of appreciation around what you have to do in life. Be grateful!
The Full Moon on June 27th can be a very strong dramatic turning point for us, as it is in Capricorn, the sign of completion and consequences, and is ruled by rule-maker Saturn. This Moon is closely joining Saturn the “Lord of Karma” during this time, and this can mean this lunation can have a strong sobering tone to it, so many folks might not feel quite like celebrating like usual under the Full Moon energy. But I say CELEBRATE anyway, there are many other Cosmic Connections happening which we can feel grateful for. This energy can help us gain clarity on our priorities and helps us realign with the energies of what is most meaningful to us in life. Which in turn, can help us focus on our jobs, relationships, and other pressing issues that need our attention.
All in all, June seems to be shaping up to help us see what we are supposed to be working towards, while we gain a very realistic view around the things we are doing in life. This can help us get ourselves more organized and right with what matters, and even though it may not be the most fun month of 2018, it can help us concentrate just enough on our responsibilities so we can play and enjoy our lives more so in the months to come.

In just a few short days the planet Uranus is making a massive shift into the sign of Taurus, this planet only changes Signs once every 7 years, and this energy will and already is affecting all of us! Read below to learn more.

Uranus is in Taurus …
from May 15, 2018, to November 6, 2018,
and then from March 6, 2019, to July 7, 2025,
and then from November 7, 2025, to April 25, 2026

Uranus the planet of quick and sudden changes, chaos, and liberation is changing signs for the first time since 1942, into the sign of Taurus on May 15th. For the next seven years, Uranus will reside in the sign of Taurus. The fixed signs of the Zodiac will be the most strongly affected so Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius, both Sun & Rising Signs will experience some serious surprises. But this aspect will affect all the Signs of the Zodiac. This will not come back again in our lifetime! So it’s very important to understand what’s happening.

Uranus takes around 84 years to go through all 12 Signs of the Zodiac, and this is a slow-moving planet and its effects are long-lasting! The changes or disruption this erratic aspect brings in will usually affect the area of your life that needs some kind of change. There also can be some major changes around money, valuables, possessions, and income, which can lead to rearranging our priorities and values. Remember Uranus rules much of technology and the internet. There will be new ways to handle doing business and how we make, view, and handle money! April was a seriously intense month on the Astrological front and this was reflected in our everyday lives. The planetary shifts we have experienced have been transformational, but there is more to come now as we begin 1, and hopefully, these energies will be more on the calmer side.

The powerful Full Moon in Scorpio is slowly breaking apart now but was one of the most intense Full Moon’s of 2018. And with so many planets going in and out of Retrograde (backward) like Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto we are feeling it! The odd part is we are feeling this energy more internally, due to the planets that are Retrograde, and many of you aren’t choosing to express how you’re feeling. Do what you can to express your emotions during this highly emotionally charged time.

The first week of May might seem almost quiet once the Full Moon energy breaks apart, but the New Moon in Taurus on May 15th can be a catalyst that brings in major changes in our personal relationship with our physical reality. The weeks ahead will likely be some of the most important moments of 2018.

The New Moon comes together on May 15th, 2018! Just hours after the Sun and Moon connect, the New Moon occurs. And on the same day, Uranus the planet of change, chaos, and liberation also changes signs for the first time since 1942, into the sign of Taurus, this starts on May 15th and goes until November 6th!

Uranus is the planet of high vibrational energy and revolution, so as you can imagine having Uranus so active on the day of the New Moon is a pretty big deal. Note: this will affect all the signs, and not just Aries and Taurus!

Many of you are already experiencing the effects of Uranus’s shift into Taurus and may not even realize it. The first of the Earth Signs, Taurus represents our basic survival needs such as food, clothing, shelter, and money. Since Uranus has been in the Sign of Aries for so long now, it helped to create that spark as it’s fire breathed new life into all sorts of situations and projects. But the sign of Taurus helps to sustain life, so themes around manifesting, building, and farming and anything earthy will be our primary focus now. Ruled by the planet Venus, Taurus also favors anything beautiful, pleasurable, and sensual. We are not just here to exist or be of service under Uranus in Taurus like we have been doing all these years with Uranus in Aries. Under the sign symbolized by the Bull, Taurus, we are here to live in Earth’s beauty and abundance of nature and to give and receive.

The Sign of Taurus is very much associated with the planet Earth, and since our human existence is literally hurting our home planet, we will see this reflected back to us so we can heal. Therefore, Uranus’s entry into Taurus can be dramatic, mostly because this happens just a few hours after the New Moon comes together.

So other planetary connections will be triggered, and one of those connections can create some serious volatile energy right around the time when the New Moon makes a tense Square to aggressive Mars in Capricorn, while Uranus is the very last degree of Aries, and this is right before it’s shift into Taurus, and that is a very strong placement and time. So make sure to be careful about how you react to folks from May 13th through 17th, because sometimes it’s just not worth a reaction at all.

Uranus stays in the sign of Taurus until November 6, 2018, which gives us some time to get things settled back down, and work on grounding!

Then Uranus actually goes Retrograde and throws itself back in the sign of fiery Aries on November 7th through March 6th, 2019, so we already know how to handle Uranus in Aries, but in Retrograde it’s a whole new story. The urge to start fresh and break free from restrictive attitudes or circumstances, and to totally redesign an area of our lives (or even our personalities), and to gain freedom through independence is strong with Uranus in Aries. I will explain that more as we get closer to that time.

Uranus finally will re-enter Taurus on March 7th, 2019, for a seven-year journey that won’t end until April 26, 2026. Whatever events or changes that are caused by Uranus in Taurus were probably already started a long time ago.

On May 16th, Mars enters emotionally detached Aquarius, through August 12, this can be a bit unforgiving and aggressive energy. It’s also a dynamic yet erratic energy, we can try to achieve our goals but in a very impulsive manner, and our anger levels can be a bit impersonal. However, we are less concerned with personal power and are more team-players, and cooperative during this time. We are highly attracted to unconventional methods and tend to approach problems more with our minds, as we feel more detached from our emotions.

The Sun drifts into Gemini’s quick-witted and alert presence for a month starting on May 20, making you intensely curious to learn new things. Expand upon the knowledge base you tapped into earlier in the month or learn something totally new. You can be quite the quick study of this energy. Everyone is going to feel this energy, so life might move extremely fast, take a lot of notes during this time and learn to take breaks.

A beautiful Jupiter-Neptune Trine comes exact on the 25th of May, this is the major planetary influence this month and lasts from May 10 to June 12. This encourages hope, generosity, and a sense of community spirit. You may start seeking out a spiritual quest to find the truth during this time. There are going to be many destined encounters with teachers and light-workers of all kinds, like Guru’s, Priests, Psychic’s, and Healers. Someone might even come to you for spiritual guidance. Enlightenment comes through dreams, visions, meditation, and deep spiritual pursuits. It will be more difficult to ignore the sick, poor, and needy during this time, as we are reminded that we are here to take care of each other! As your morals or standards vibrate higher, you will want to find ways to do selfless acts to helps those that need you. Animal and environmental charities will be on our radar even more so than usual. There will be more interest in human rights and refugees, and other innocent victims of war and greed, as social justice will be more important.

Some folks may feel a strong urge to get creative and find an outlet for their enthusiasm through music, dance, art, or theater. Following our dreams for success without having to sacrifice our ego or material possessions is part of this influence, and being wealthy or famous might not be what makes you truly feel happy and content. Romance will be strong and love will be in the air during this time, as others can find you extremely attractive!

On May 29th the Full Moon comes together in the sign of Sagittarius, this energy is all about the adventure or journey! It opens up the greater truths and everything we need to explore our personal freedom. The Sun in Gemini will be opposing the Moon in Sagittarius so our minds will be lit up, as the fiery Sagittarius Moon illuminates our souls wisdom, and helps bring forward information we know on a deep cellular and soul level, it’s the info we carry in our DNA we are talking about here, including past life memories, it is the information we carry deep in our hearts and in our bodies. This very special lunation inspires us to seek a higher perspective on our life’s path, which opens doors to new possibilities and helps us create our future!

Just a little side note:

A special point in the Cosmos is going to be activated on the day the New Moon comes together, this is all about feminine wisdom and power! If you thought the New Women’s movement had peaked with #metoo or #timesup, think again! May is a good time to think about your place in this world as a woman or if you are a man, around the woman you love and support, and your feminine side. Ask yourself where you want to be! If you’re not feeling inspired by life, then now is the time to do something about that and perhaps join a cause that supports your beliefs of course.

Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn

Pluto starts its reverse movement into Retrograde on April 22nd and runs through September 30th! Pluto Retrograde isn’t as glitchy as Mercury or Saturn in Retrograde, so you may hardly notice it unless you work with a lot of people and know their deeper emotional issues. But you will recognize it more so on a deep psychological level within yourself if you’re aware of your feelings and get in touch with your soul purpose. The planet of deep analysis normally takes us more inward, but in Retrograde it becomes a journey into hidden realms we may not have dealt with, so the feelings we’ve been holding on to or repressing can come out in the open.

Pluto Retrograde in the sign of Capricorn can be beneficial, if we are observant and pay close attention to any unconscious patterns or behaviors that motivate our actions, then we can change or break them. Pluto is all about power so authority figures or anyone who represents authority, and those anyone who has power over us may catch our attention, or we suddenly are on their radar, so we may have to be careful and follow the rules for now, especially with Saturn the “Authority Figure” or “Father” of the Zodiac also in Retrograde!

During the end of April be extra cautious for tempers and hot-heads, as Mars and Pluto make a challenging but powerful connection on April 26th. This energy will be even stronger because of Pluto coming to a standstill just days prior.

Pluto Retrograde is like Saturn, so it has a regular cycle every year that lasts for five months, as it makes an opposition to the Sun. Outer planets just affect us in a very different way then the inner planets. The effects are more subtle at first until we move past this cycle and can look back in hindsight, and then we realize just how this time might have been life-changing in some way! Perspective is always an issue when planets are Retrograde, remember, so even though Pluto in Retrograde isn’t probably causing you strange technical glitches or annoyances it still makes its presence known in a sneaky sort of stealth kind of way. When Pluto goes Retrograde it’s a good time to reflect on how we are doing with changes and our soul transformation.

Pluto Retrograde is a time of reflection on power and control in your life. If there are people who are trying to control or manipulate you then now is the perfect time to let them go! If you’ve been too controlling of others or situations then it’s time to stop it and change your behavior! This is not a time to abuse any kind of power you have over others, so avoid power trips, and make this a time for eliminating.

Themes that seem to repeat and events that are almost fated will help you reinforce which of your controlling habits, addictions, compulsions, or prejudices now must be eliminated, or Pluto will make these issues more relevant, so it feels like a giant spotlight gets shined on the problem to be analyzed and reviewed very intensely, but again you may not even be aware of it until it’s over with. What isn’t working, like poor health, an attitude that is hateful or that causes suffering may be burned away now, released and offered up to the Universe. What’s left and what is working will be more clear and enhanced into pure energy.

Relationships are going to go through a strong period of adjustment during Pluto’s Retrograde cycle. There will be more love, and sharing, and more folks standing together for their lives’ causes. It’s a good time to keep a low profile as privacy can be your strongest tool during this time. It’s a time to dissolve, so do it with dignity and respect.

In your relationships, you might have been controlling, possibly holding on too tight and smothering your partner. It’s time to stop because you need to start letting go. If you have been compulsive or obsessive about food, drugs, or sex and it’s taken over your life, then certain events may actually force you to turn it around and gain control over it. Basically, the more destructive your behavior the more extreme your cycle of detoxing and withdrawal might be during this cycle. For example, if you just stopped doing something cold turkey, Pluto Retrograde makes it a very intense process.

~Pluto’s energy can be profound and will do what it needs to, to transform dark to light!

Pluto often is represented by the Phoenix, and as the Phoenix rises from it the ashes, is how it transforms us, which you may not realize at first, but you’ll know because you’ll feel it! Pluto is in the sign of Capricorn for now, and Pluto represents destruction, making order out of chaos, it helps to clear obstacles, detox, resurrect! Capricorn is the builder of the Zodiac, it likes to renovate. Together they restore and enhance with the very best materials and devices that modern times has to offer! Sustainability is what they represent. Capricorn is the Father, so he is dedicated, powerful, responsible, and stable! Also, Saturn is Capricorn’s ruling planet, so these energies will truly help us be productive, at least for those of you who put forth the effort. Intuition will be very strong, work will be focused right at the critical points where things need to get fixed or done.

Nowadays, it’s become common knowledge to understand to some degree what Mercury in Retrograde is all about, but what you might not know is all the planets go into a Retrograde cycle which is when the planets appear to be moving backward in the sky! And it does cause significant effects both bad and good really, it’s all in how you look at it! So now we are dealing with Saturn moving into its Retrograde Cycle, and this is a very strong powerful energy that we all will have to deal with at one point if we realize it or not!

Starting April 17th the ringed-planet Saturn starts its five-month-long trip in its Retrograde cycle, through Sept 6th! Saturn Retrograde is a transit that occurs just over every twelve months, lasting for nearly 4 and 1/2 months. Saturn Retrograde is not rare and lots of folks are born under one. This is a time of restrictions, blocks, limitations, and some anxiety and fear. But the skills we learn during this Retrograde phase will prove essential to our growth in the long run.

In the coming days, you may feel off, weighed down, and disoriented, as once again our perspective shifts. We are just getting out of Mercury’s Retrograde cycle, so our perspective isn’t even back to normal yet, so this is a strong time for the confusion! But this is how we are affected by Retrograde planets. Often it’s the very beginning and end of these cycles (Shadow Periods) that are the toughest or most challenging time. Just remember Retrogrades are always about perspective, so as these planets appear to be moving backward through the Cosmos, we too can feel like we’re going backward in our lives.

When Saturn is Retrograde it is a good time to revisit our relationships and work on any long-term goals we may have, as this is a time to pay close attention to our responsibilities and duties. It’s a time to restructure the way we manifest our reality and find new ways of thinking or a different attitude about how to remove what is blocking us, or how to get through the obstacles that are in our way.

Saturn is known as the “Lord of Karma,” and while Retrograde it is a time when Karma is sorted out. Therefore, Saturn Retrograde can be a double dose of Karma handed-out. Karma is actually a form of energy that is very real, and like Saturn, it is very closely bound to time.

Over the next week, as Saturn turns completely Retrograde, we may begin to feel the weight of it in certain situations quite heavily especially around our responsibilities. Many of you will actually let go of certain commitments including relationships, jobs, or business deals, which can leave you wondering why you even bothered with them in the first place. We may feel somewhat disconnected and lose our motivation. It might be difficult to make important decisions during this influences run as our energy levels are low.

This is all due to a change in perspective from the Retrogrades. We will learn how to find our footing and regain some sort of balance into next week, as we grow more accustomed to these shifts. Then we can turn Saturn’s Retrograde cycle into an opportunity, which is the most powerful way to see any Retrograde planet! Turn this into a time to go over and review your responsibilities so you can figure out what’s working and what’s not. Take on your responsibilities and face your reality!

It’s important to slow down now and reconnect with what makes you feel useful, like your work, relationships, and duties. This, in fact, is not a good time to add anything to your existing responsibilities as the extra projects will just stress you out even more! We should be cutting back and reducing what we normally take on right now, it’s a time to make things simple folks! Any delays you happen to run in to now are just a kind reminder from the Universe that its time to make adjustments, this is a chance to make edits and corrections that are necessary for your success. This is a major time out!

This influence has us take a look back at what we have already done or taken care of, so it can make you feel like you are moving backward and like you’re not moving forward. Actually, this is happening so you can review or go back over something that normally you wouldn’t have! Everything ruled by Saturn is under the microscope now and it’s a good idea to review these kinds of things, like any rules or regulations you should be following, structures at work or in business, and traditions and foundations. Making changes to our ongoing projects or going over old ones can be successful, however, taking on new projects or responsibilities or commitments is probably not a great idea, it’s a time to simplify and restructure our lives first!

During Saturn’s Retrograde phase we will be dealing with particularly strong issues. Just remember as we take care of our unfinished business, Saturn is teaching us to be more patient and disciplined. Any skills we acquire during the retrograde phase will prove essential in the long-run to our success.

Saturn Retrograde has us take on certain responsibilities that have already been developing and more important in our life, so extra time is needed to take stock and to make sure everything is in order before we can continue. Saturn will present us with challenges and test us to make sure we are ready to take on extra responsibilities. The lessons we learn and that are taught by the Teacher of the Zodiac, Saturn, are often rough but they are valuable, and we are always rewarded by Saturn for our hard work and a job well done!

The negative side to Saturn Retrograde is you may become sad or depressed, and not speak up for yourself, or act overly shy. If these behaviors get out of control during the Saturn Retrograde time, then you’ll be offered a chance to recognize and admit you’ve got a problem. If this goes too far you can end up needed some help so you can come out of your depression or isolation.

This is an excellent time for schooling or training, but we may question it as well. There’s also going to be questions about our life, faith, and belief systems, as some folks will return to a Spiritual Path they started back in their past. We also may need to tweak or edit a project that we plan on publishing or do something related to writing. Whatever you do during Saturn in Retrograde, remember it’s a time to ride life straight and follow the rules, if you can do that you may learn a lot about life.

“Setting Intentions with the NEW MOON”

There’s a New Moon on Tues, June 13th, which makes this the best time of the Lunar Month to set some powerful intentions. These Wish Lists can be about your future goals. Learning how to work with the cycles of the Moon can be a life-changing experience.

*Setting Intentions*

During a New Moon cycle, we should be asking the Universe for new beginnings, by planting seeds of intention from our heart and getting in touch with our higher-self. It’s a good time to be grateful for what we have and work on manifesting what energy we want to come into our lives next.  We can create whatever it is we desire, such as a better life, more money, happiness, love. It really doesn’t matter, but we have to do something physical and spiritual together to make it really happen and stick! And no not everything you want is going to just magically appear. But you will more than likely get put on the path towards your wishes, even if you don’t realize it and that sometimes take time, but it’s nice to know at least we are headed in the right direction.

Sometimes when you Set Intentions with the New Moon energy amazing things happen and you get what you want very quickly!

At least by “Setting Intentions” with the energy of the New Moon, you’ve made it clear to the Universe what path you’d like to begin heading down and that’s a start. Then the energies will begin to line up to get you there, and if you continue to stay persistent and connected, and keep doing this work it truly can change your life circumstances for the better. I am like those old commercials, I don’t just talk about it, I have lived it! LOL

The intentions that are set during a New Moon will set you on the right path towards your desires. The New Moon is a magical time of beginnings when you can recharge goals and set new ones. During the New Moon, we often experience some major “energy shift.”

Here are some ideas on just how to Manifest under a New Moon:

1. Get clear about something you want and write it down.

2. Share your intention with someone in a supportive way, who will be encouraging.

3. Do something to demonstrate your commitment to your intention. Take even a small action around what it is your asking to create! Send an email, move something in your house, or make a phone call perhaps.

4. Acknowledge that you did what you said you would, and then take the next step.

So have a conversation with the Universe (meaning your higher power, God, Source Energy, higher-self, Guides, Angels, etc), and work with the New Moons energy to help illuminate the path that will lead you toward your deepest desires. Simply ask to be led to what you’re choosing to manifest. Remember to be patient and simply allow the time needed, things don’t always happen right away, as we can get taken down certain paths to find our way to what it is we’re looking for. And sometimes magic just happens, you just never know!

What if you don’t know how to “Set Intentions” under the New Moon?

Follow the Steps below to learn how:

Step One: Clear your sacred space

Clear the energy of the area or room you’re using to do New Moon work in. Think about where you are going to do this work because we create an energy vortex wherever we sit or sleep. This is mainly why you feel so good in your favorite chair, because it’s comfortable and feels safe and secure, but also because you have created an energy vortex in that spot.

You are simply calling in some positive energy to work with. Burn some sage or Incense and clear the energies, so say a blessing or a special prayer that helps you feel cleared and protected. Next, close your eyes and breathe deeply and call upon your guides, Angels, or higher power and ask to have your sacred space cleared, and then to fill up your special space you are working in with the energy of love and light. Never leave energy empty, always fill it with something once you’ve cleared it. Never leave a VOID when working with energy.

Step Two: Set the atmosphere

Set the mood for your New Moon Ritual and burn some special incense, light some candles (colors of candles do have different energies and meanings), and play some music that helps you feel spirituality connected. This can be a very different experience for everyone. Just makes sure to use whatever colors, music, and tools that make you feel calm, centered, happy, and peaceful.

Step Three: Setting Intentions

You’re going to need a notebook, paper, or a journal and something to write with.

Now write what energy you’d like the Universe to bring in. Simply write your deepest desires, wishes, and questions. Think about what energy you’re trying to manifest or create. Write a letter, like as if you are talking to an old friend. Think about what energy you’re trying to bring into your life and be detailed about what you want to see happen and bring in both.

As you’re doing this work and setting your intentions, here are some helpful questions you can think about. For example; ask for what you’re choosing or what changes you would like to see in your life? What are you or should you be calling in? How do you feel about what is happening in your life now, and what do you want to change and create? Think about your long-term goals and future. Be careful about focusing on the how, why, and when of your goals, focus more on what it is you are choosing and how you want to feel. Only see the ultimate end result and getting what it is you are choosing, in your mind’s eye, don’t focus on how you get it, or the hurdles you have to jump, or sacrifices you may have to make, allow the Universe to shoulder the burden once you have requested what you want and let them take care of the rest.

Step Four: Visualize

It’s time to visualize what you’ve written. Close your eyes and take long deep breaths, in your nose and out your mouth. See the energy of your heart center, that’s in the middle of your chest, not over your pumping heart, but your spiritual heart or commonly referred to as the “Heart Chakra.” Visualize yourself in what you’re actually trying to create or manifest. For example: see yourself living in that new home, falling in love with that Soul-Mate, driving that new car. Just don’t think it, make sure and FEEL IT as if you were really experiencing what you’re visualizing!

Allow the Universe to show you which paths to follow over the next 30 days, and look for any signs or symbols that will help you along your journey so you may bring in what you truly desire and let go of what you don’t want! Don’t forget to show gratitude in some way and tell the Universe thank you in advance.

You also might gain some clarity around something or someone that is not serving your higher good and could be blocking you from your desires. So, in other words, pay attention after you’re done doing this work.
