Jupiter enters its Retrograde phase on March 8, 2018, in the sign of Scorpio until July 10th. While Jupiter is Retrograde we should be reviewing our visions, ideals, and belief system. Jupiter is the planet of luck that brings blessings, good fortune, opportunities and more. When Jupiter is moving forward it brings amazing gifts, and this can be in any part of our lives.

Because Jupiter is in the sign of Scorpio through November and during this Retrograde cycle. The themes that come up will be around our value system and personal power! But there may be issues around deceit, obsessions, and morals as well.

Jupiter Retrogrades transit lasts for about 4 months. During this time the general vibe turns into a more philosophical or spiritual introspection, as we get to reflect on our belief system. Issues around our personal growth and development, happiness and success will come up to review or be worked on.

While Jupiter is Retrograde it will be making a beautiful connection to powerful Pluto that can help us seriously detox! This energy purifies our bodies and soul, and it brings on more positive changes that can bring in much success with it. You won’t have to make changes or react to unexpected events so much, instead, this is a more natural development that increases one’s power and influence and brings spiritual and personal growth. There are very powerful forces that will be working behind the scenes to help raise us up to a higher level of evolution.

Then we have to contend with Jupiter Retrograde making a strong connection to mental Mercury!
You’ll be more optimistic but can slip up and focus too much on the bigger picture and ignore the little details that matter. We also will have to pay extra attention to how we are expressing ourselves during this time as we can act above others, arrogant, and ignorant and with so many signs in Aries including Mercury during this time, we can really lose our cool. Jupiter’s influence makes us feel overly optimistic and this can get out of control, so we must watch to not overdo or overextend ourselves, or we can push too hard and go to far especially if you have an addictive personality.

Jupiter Retrograde helps us learn how to grow in whatever area of our lives it is affecting, it’s that area we need to work on that can be so important. So during this cycle, we need to take extra time to take stock and to make sure everything is in order before you continue on that path in your life. You’ll find challenges around self-worth, so ask yourself if you really are ready to receive some sort of good fortune, and possibly a new romance or an increase in wealth and abundance. There might be a behavior that you are having a hard time breaking like greed or addiction, and it’s out of control.

During this “Jupiter Retrograde” cycle will be a time to recognize and admit you have a problem. Many people suffer more from feeling unworthy and not be open to things getting better than you will believe. Change is hard for some folks! Things can go so out of control during this time that an intervention or some drastic event has to occur to shake you out of your rut, stubbornness, or ignorance. The thing is if when Jupiter goes back to it’s normal pace and out of its Retrograde cycle, you can come to terms with the issues that are more relevant and be prepared and ready to bounce back and move toward better happiness and success.
