Thinking About How We Feel

On April 4th, Venus enters the sign of Gemini. 

The relationship planet Venus enters the sign of communication Gemini today, where it will transit for much longer than usual due to its upcoming Retrograde phase! Venus is in Gemini all the way through August 7th. During this time Venus will go Retrograde in Gemini from May 13 to June 25.

With Venus in Gemini, our curiosity is strong, and this can motivate us to get more involved romantically and socially with others. Variety and change are the main themes of this influence, it’s a time when we feel more sociable, interested, engaged, and especially communicative in our relationships and around anything to do with our finances.

We definitely can be more talkative and naturally curious under this influence. Our minds are whirling with juicy information along with a stronger than normal desire to share, however, we can get lost in conversation. We can be extremely indecisive but also aware, because we can read between the linesin any form of communication. This is a time when we like to multi-task as we’re motivated by our own curiosity.

This is going to be extra challenging as well, since we are in the middle of a Pandemic right now. We need to keep a degree of compassion going to help those in need, but be able to stay in our own power and not meltdown, so we can take care of those we need us!

But we can be more fun, whimsical, light and breezy, but also quite animated and often funny in our relationships. So we don’t enjoy getting to deep emotionally right now, and would much rather keep things above the surface which can be helpful during this hard time.

When it comes to love we are more attracted to someone’s mind, so words are usually how things spark up between two people. We just bond with people more on a mental level, and we respect good conversations and intelligent work. But we can be quite picky when it comes to showing our affections and enjoying simple pleasures.

But we should be picky with the people we meet up with, and not just get it on with anyone who’s willing.
