“The New Moon for June will be coming together very early Monday morning, between now and then is a time to plant new seeds of intentions with the Universe, this will be a shift and a new energy that we need to take us out of the energies we’ve been under.
The days following a New Moon phase are auspicious. The actual day of the New Moon, the balsamic or dark Moon period, marks the beginning point when the heavens shift from dark to light. On the following days magic is in the air and our inner life is awakened. During the New Moon cycle we should be asking the Universe for new beginnings, by planting some seeds of intention and getting in touch with our Soul. It’s a good time to be grateful for what you have, and to work on manifesting what you’d like next to show up in your life next.
Setting Intentions under the New Moon
This is an opportune time to ask the Universe for new beginnings. The intentions that are set during a New Moon Ritual will set you on the right path towards your desires. Have a conversation with the Universe (meaning your higher power, Source, Guides, Angels, or whatever you connect with), and ask for the New Moon to light up the paths towards your deepest desires, ask to be shown what your wanting to manifest. Plant seeds of intentions with your mind and heart. So think it, but make sure and feel it!
Some of you might be asking how does one Set Intentions under the New Moon?
First you should set the mood, and create the energy, so light some candles, burn some incense or sage, and perhaps play some calming meditative music. Get comfortable and simply write down your deepest desires, wishes and questions. Ask yourself what would you would like to manifest or create, and what energy you’re trying to bring into your life?
As your doing your ritual and setting your intentions, here’s some helpful questions to think about. What are you choosing or what changes would you like to see in your life? What energy should you be calling in? How do you feel about what is happening in your life right now? What kind of energy do you want to create in your life during this New Moon?
Next most importantly you’re going to Visualize and feel what you’ve written down. Close your eyes and take some nice long deep breathes, now enter into your heart Chakra in the middle of your chest (the space you feel love from.) Visualize yourself in the desire or dream you’re creating. For example, see yourself living in that new home, falling in love with a Soul-Mate, driving that new car, and don’t forget to smell that new car smell. See yourself manifesting what you would like to call in during the New Moon. Just don’t think about it, make sure and “FEEL IT”, as if you were really experiencing what you’re visualizing.
The New Moon phase is the best time for planning and seeding your intentions. You’re going to need to be patient and wait for the seeds of intention you have planted to grow, just like you would wait on a flower to sprout from a seedling. Just remember when a plant grows it needs sunlight. This is also true for us humans, as we get our ideas together and make our visions known, it takes some time for our wishes or desires to surface into reality from the dark of Moon aka New Moon. We should start to see the path open up by the light of the Full Moon in a couple of weeks time, then you must follow and set intentions once again until you reach your goal. Under this particular Full Moon, we have to deal with the Taurus-Scorpio energies and create some sort of balance between what’s considered to be “yours” and “ours!” The energy is focused on how we feel versus our own personal transformation. But proceed with caution, since we are just learning ourselves what these energies are about, so we may be quite irrational and not make a lot of sense as of yet!
This Full Moon also is occurring right around the time that Venus and Uranus align which can add surprises and revelations. This alignment also connects to deeper feeling Pluto which can cause strong need to make some sort of changes that feels necessary.

Lots of people celebrate this season with religious or spiritual celebrations. But we must not forget the history, and that all of these festivities stem from the fact, that the Spring Equinox is first and foremost a major “Astrological Event.” This event is actually more about about the Sun’s light expanding, and it’s shift into the sign of Aries, the first Zodiac sign of the Astrological Calendar. This light represents the promise of a greater more warm life-changing energy coming into our lives.

March is always quite an important month as it’s a huge turning point and brings new fresh energy into our lives. 1st – 4th – Venus Square Uranus
When Venus makes a tense connection to shocking Uranus, our love relationships stability can be challenged with unexpected desires, urges, or events. But sometimes a challenge is what breathes new life into a relationship. We are going to start to feel this probably around Feb 27th and it can go on through the 4th. There’s an increased need for freedom and excitement, as this influence can test your patience when it comes to a loved one, or it can lead to wandering eyes or outright cheating! 5th – Mercury goes Retrograde
Mercury goes into its first Retrograde of 2019, occurring in the sign of Pisces from March 5 – 28, and at 29 degrees, which is the anaretic degree or point of crisis (which tends to be harsher feeling.) This Mercury in Retrograde cycle seems to resurrect old situations or problems that we thought we were done and over with, only for us to have to deal with all over again. This is a time when we need a lot of rest, and to really focus on being kind to one another. Some folks might be quite mean or cruel, but don’t allow yourself to go there, instead focus on compassion. This is a time to make sure and set some healthy boundaries, as we are more susceptible and vulnerable to manipulation and deception, especially during the last part of Mercury in Retrograde in the end of March when Mercury is conjunct Neptune, Pisces ruling planet. This causes our thoughts to be foggy and can make things even more confusing, and it being Retrograde time it will be even stronger than usual.

There will be a healing New Moon on March 6th, in the sign of Pisces, and this influence actually helps us focus on the magic of life and be a little more clear about how to start anything new. But it also brings about emotional uncertainty, as this magical New Moon bestows us with deep magical vibes and helps restore our imagination. During this New Moon take some time to create a sacred space that you can play and zen out in, and perhaps reach some sort of spiritual enchantment that syncs your physical reality and fantasies. With the Sun in Aries on this day, it’s influence sparks the energy we need to get pumped up into high gear and prepare for the excitement that is to come.
20th – Full Moon in Libra
Also on March 20th the Full Moon in Libra occurs. Under the Full Moon we often find ourselves trying to balance ourselves out emotionally. This time the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries oppose each other. So this starts an internal struggle within each of us to equal things out, between how both these energies affect us.
Libra being the sign of partnership is about everyone else’s needs, while Aries is more focused on self and our personal needs. This Full Moon is making a close connection to the “wounded healer” Chiron. This brings up old grievances just enough, that we can feel left out or put second, or we might feel compelled to examine the pain of putting ourselves last just to get other people’s approval.
If you feel any of your old emotional wounds are being triggered, don’t ignore it! Make yourself understand why you feel the way you do, so you can release the old pain. Full Moon’s are an ideal time to liberate yourself from old trauma, anxiety, and old resentments.
So in many ways this month puts us into a state of duality, where we feel a stark contrast between two different kinds of energies that represent what we want, versus what we truly desire. 26th —Venus moves into the sign of Pisces, right at the end of the Mercury Retrograde cycle, and tries to help us come out of the Retrograde with greater sensitivity, compassion, intuition, and spirituality. This is a blessing considering how agitating it can be when we are trying to adjust to Mercury’s shift out of Retrograde, as it goes back to its normal speed and pace once again, this is called the Shadow period.
31st – Mars is the planet that motivates us, fuels our passions and drive, and also rules over our sexual activities and how we handle our anger! Mars closes this month out by entering the sign of the twins, Gemini on the 31st. This brings in a surge of energy that affects us more mentally. There can be a stronger than usual interest in all that is intellectual, including our hobbies. We can enjoy communicating with people, especially face to face, by phone, online, or through social media even more so than usual.
We can focus better on new ideas and plans, and can get excited about what we come up with. This influence promotes strong communication, but it can be a whole lot of energy and be over stimulating for some folks. If your already committed than you will be less interested in what mundane tasks you share, but you can feel more like discovering new, different, or unique ways of relating to your partner.
We are drawn to the unconventional, as we seek out freedom and independence in our intimate relationships and close personal friendships. We also might need some space in social situations. Under this Aquarius influence, we can be extremely faithful to our partners and friends but it has to be on our own terms! The New Moon this month is in the sign of Aquarius, and occurs on February 4th, 2019 which marks the beginning of a New Cycle.
This just might be the luckiest New Moon phase of the year! The Sun, Moon, and Mercury are making lovely connections to lucky Jupiter! Wow, that’s a whole lot of energy. This New Moon’s alignment with mindful Mercury and it’s sextile connection to lucky Jupiter can leave us feeling especially hopeful, and faithful, which inspires more positive thinking and idealism. This influence has us looking to the future with confidence and optimism. So our primary concern should be with the progress we can make and our freedom as well.
This is a time of friendship, brotherhood & sisterhood, group activities, social pursuits, group projects, and for trying anything that has to do with humanitarian efforts or causes, so joining up with a group of like-minded individuals can go quite well. You may just have some wondrous New Beginnings if you get involved with some sort of group. Under this potent Aquarius energy, you have the opportunity to make exciting, progressive changes in your life. FYI: Also the glorious Sun and King Saturn make a weaker but nice connection during this time, that can “cramp our style,” as this influence has a somewhat heavy effect on us, so we tend to have a more difficult time fully enjoying ourselves without feeling just a little bit guilty that we are neglecting our responsibilities in some way. These are interesting times from an Astrological Standpoint and December of 2018 is no exception, mind you things should get a little easier or at least our day to day activities will start to calm down a bit, as the shifts occurring are going to help pull us from the strangeness of Retrograde madness that we have been in for so long.
The first week of December we are already dealing with the Goddess herself Venus moving into the sign of Scorpio. This means all you sexy Scorpio’s will be even more sexy than usual! Ha! Venus in this sign makes for an extra attractive next several weeks for all the Signs, but if you are a Scorpio Sun or Rising Sign you should talk advantage of it.

MERCURY MOVES OUT OF RETROGRADE!!!!!
Mercury stations direct on December 6th and leaves its Retrograde cycle. At this point, Uranus in fiery Aries will be the ONLY PLANET left in RETROGRADE until early January 2018, Woohoo! This will be a welcome break from all those planets in Retrograde starting last summer through late fall! 2018 has been a strong time for introspection and insight into ourselves, it was also a time of confusion. But we will be able to have more clarity around the way we both think and feel, and this helps us move forward and meet our goals for the upcoming year.
Have you been having intense Dreams lately? Lots of folks have been having intense or vivid dreams lately, some about old lovers, family members, or friends that they haven’t seen for a while. Some of these dreams are more soul visitations, where we meet up with friends or lovers and just simply hang out and play catch up! With Mars and Neptune slowly coming together, it can bring in quite potent and vivid dreams or visitations from those who have crossed over. It’s a good idea to write them down because they can have special meaning later.
CHALLENGES
There is a bit of challenging energy coming together from Dec 3-5 when the Sun makes a tense Square to fiery Mars and Neptune! Sneaky more unethical folks can be sneaking around trying to get anything they can from you. Pay attention and watch for those folks who claim to be something they are not or who are not what they appear to be. The more Narcissistic, underhanded people will be sniffing around more so than usual. This influence also brings a sort of sneaky energy out of the people you already know or are associated with in some way, or even those folks you do business with! So again pay attention and don’t let someone take advantage of you.
NEW MOON
There’s a New Moon coming together in the sign of quick-thinking Sagittarius, around midnight on Dec 6th here in the United States, or in the wee hours of the morning on the 7th depending on what time zone you live in. This is the most opportune time to Set Intentionsfor new beginnings and to do some sort of manifesting ritual. Basically, you’re just working with the Cosmic energies of the Moon in one way or another!
This particular New Moon is heavily influenced by another connection or what’s called a conjunction between Mars and Neptune both in Pisces. This helps us focus more so on our spirituality as we can feel like doing something that helps us connect into the Universal energies, usually, this is a time when we have a lot of faith and our beliefs are stronger more so than usual with it being Sagittarius Season and all, but we tend to forget the truth about why we celebrate these Holidays in the first place, even though our faith in certain higher purposes or powers is stronger. In all actuality no matter what you believe in or faith you follow, this is a time that marks a new season and the Winter Solstice, but these influences just might help us discover the true meaning around why we celebrate the Holidays around the globe, and it’s much more than just buying each other gifts!
But a warning comes along with this energy, as folks tend to also overindulge and eat and drink too much. Do Not Drink And Drive during this time. Be cautious around folks who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This is a great weekend for Psychic Readings and Spiritual Classes, or for doing anything that helps with spiritual development, it’s just not so good for vices.
There’s a long-term tense Square connection between reckless Uranus and the master of escape Neptune, it’s brought back to life for the last time on December 15th. This aspect has been setting the bar pretty high around raising our consciousness or awareness since mid-2017 and will run strong through mid-2019. But this has been a long time coming as this energy started actually a long time ago back in 1993, when these two planets aligned in Capricorn.
The Solstice, Holidays, and New Years Astrological Preview
The Winter Solstice is on Friday, December 21st when the Sun Enters Capricorn and it officially becomes “Capricorn Season,” but at the exact same time loving Venus and dreamy Neptune are in perfect harmony. And mental Mercury is conjunct Jupiter, this is all some pretty amazing energy, to be honest folks. These planetary combinations bring in an extra dose of love, happiness, and good fortune for all of us to share.
Then the Full Moon occurs on Saturday the 22nd, in its home sign of more sensitive Cancer. During the Christmas Holiday time, the Cosmos lines up and brings in the energy of fun as we feel more like being social, so throwing some sort of Holiday shindig in your own home can go quite well, since the Moon will be in the sign that loves its shell or home the most, Cancer. Traveling can be much easier the week before the Christmas Holiday, than the actual week of Christmas, as there are going to be delays and other unforseen obstacles for traveling during that time. This Full Moon period has a slightly restrained quality, with the masculine facets of the Sun and Saturn in Capricorn opposing the Cancer Moon’s feminine, intuitive energy.
On Christmas Day, the Moon will be in more generous Leo and even the rest of that week seems to be pretty calm, at least from an Astrological viewpoint!
New Year’s Eve things change quite quickly when aggressive Mars moves into its home sign of fiery Aries, watch out folks if you don’t know how to handle this all or nothing kind of energy, then you can have some issues. Mars sparks the energy up to have a rocking New Year’s Eve but there will also be arguments, debates, and wild events with this more aggressive energy influencing us so strongly!

The NEW MOON forms on Monday, October 8, 2018, in the sign of Libra.
On Monday night, a New Moon occurs in the sign of the scales, Libra! This is a good time to commit yourself to personal goals that have to do with your relationships or partnerships, both personal and business. This exciting New Moon can be good for new beginnings of course, in old and new relationships both. If you are willing to extend an “olive branch” to someone, and maybe welcome back an estranged family member or friend back into your life, or even give love a second chance, this beautifully complex New Moon can help you! With Venus now in its Retrograde cycle, those we have loved often come back around for a second try, but that doesn’t mean it will necessarily stay together once the Retro cycle is over.
Under this energy, we have a chance to work on our negotiating skills without giving up our own needs or giving in to someone else only just to keep the peace or to make them happy. It’s a good time to work on balancing our relationships and to see our partners as our teammates rather than competition. Libra energy also helps us learn how to bring opposites together, but there’s always a fine line that we must not cross while learning how to make the effort to stay committed in our relationships, or we may end up acting dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage.
Under this potent Libra New Moon energy, we have an opportunity to make some important changes in our lives. Some of the lessons Libra teaches all of us involves learning how to make peace and restore harmony with those around us, and in our own environments. This helps us establish some order and create balance in our world. It is also important to see the value and worth of your partner, but that may not be as easy with Venus the ruler of relationships, (Libra’s ruling planet,) now in Retrograde, you may feel a little more cut off emotionally or reserved, but if you search your heart surely you will feel what is valuable. This New Moon brings in a fresh and creative energy into our lives, and more specifically, into our relationships. Our desire to balance out our personal relationships can feel very strong during this cycle. This can be a good time for negotiations because we are more able to assert ourselves and our needs in ways that don’t offend or upset others.
However, this New Moon forms a tense Square to powerful Pluto, which can add some drama and intensity to our already existing relationship issues. This also can bring up and out completely new problems related to power and control. At one point over the next three days or so you will more than likely have to deal with some sort of resistance from others as our personal dreams and goals might conflict or compete with our goals in our relationships.
Pluto is currently in the sign of Capricorn, which connects us to the element of Earth, so we want something real, solid, and tangible. Pluto often brings out power struggles and can have you feeling pressured during this time. Luckily, Venus is also tied in to this New Moon and makes a harmonious Trine to Neptune in Pisces (healing energy,) this brings a degree of flexibility to the table, as long as we are compassionate and empathic to our own needs and in our relationships, once we can recognize our own vulnerabilities in someone else’s situation or behavior, we can be much more compassionate and kind. This is a reflection of ourselves, mirror-mirror on the wall kind of stuff! Ya know to be kind to others and they will be kind to you, Karmic ties and what you put out will come back to you good, bad, or indifferent.

The Sun shifts from practical, detailed Virgo into the sign of harmony and balance, Libra.
This is our Autumnal Equinox, and we will experience equal hours of daylight as darkness.
Today is something to talk about because not only is the Sun moved into Libra, but so has the “great messenger” Mercury. So our core self and minds are in sync, besides the constant need to for balance these aspects turn our focus towards our relationships and brings in the energy of cooperation and equality.
You will feel sharp and aware of issues of injustices or unfair treatment of others, which may be a direct result of you taking a stand for yourself or others, especially if it’s around those you love. It’s easier to see all sides to most situations, so remember you can’t make everyone happy, because decision making can prove to be difficult. You might start playing the role of peacemaker under this influence, so you can be quite diplomatic when it comes to dealing with problems or business dealings.
We desire peace and harmony and create that energy both aware and unconsciously. Be careful to not seek out the approval of others too much during this cycle, as it can be difficult to know who’s telling the truth sometimes, follow your gut instincts during Libra Season as our inner awareness and psychic-self is at its strongest.
