Mercury Retrograde!
Mercury officially starts its Retrograde cycle in the sign of Libra today, and it will go back into Virgo during this cycle through October 2. So the signs Libra & Virgo might be presented with some extra challenges during this Retrograde time. But all the Zodiac Signs are already feeling this backward energy!
Mercury rules over communication, so “anything” to do with communicating tends to break down during the Retrograde cycle. It’s a time to stop advancing and review progress. Also, there are often travel delays during Mercury in Rx because we won’t stop moving and doing things. During Mercury Retrograde, we ideally are supposed to sit still and disconnect from our plugged-in world.
Heads Up!
So frustrations are normal during Mercury Rx, but this particular cycle seems to have some good news attached to it as well. There is a period of time when we receive information that can be quite positive and just out of the blue!
Pay attention to any A-ha moments, epiphanies, news, or signs you get from the Universe! They can occur anywhere, so you may see a movie or read something online that seems to be just for you. Pay attention! This energy is especially strong for the Cardinal Signs; Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. But it can and will affect all of you.
It all depends on where Mercury travels during its Retrograde; this time around, Mercury in Libra will return to oppose Jupiter. This indicates unfinished negotiations that must be figured out in much more detail. As Mercury goes back into Virgo, it also makes an aspect to mysterious Pluto, and there can be some issues from the past that need to be dealt with and eliminated before any further progress can be made.

Mark the days listed above on your calendar to help remind you to be aware. The truth will often be revealed about something or someone during these dates. Anyone who has been deceptive, lying, or hiding things can suddenly be found out. So it should prove to be an interesting time.
With Mercury in Libra, our minds are active, and we can have strong problem-solving skills. But with Mercury in Retrograde, we can have difficulty making decisions, so we often will keep our problems to ourselves to analyze.
Take it easy, and make sure to go over the details again and again if need be. Be patient with yourself and others, as the confusion is real for everyone! Be grown and try to be understanding with mistakes and mishaps. Since we’re all in this together, we can get through this Retrograde cycle unscathed if we are patient and understanding.
