The Full Moon in Leo marks the beginning of a new cycle in our life once again.
The Moon is Full when the Sun in Aquarius opposes the Moon in Leo. The Full Moon is a powerful influence that activates our emotions, so it’s helpful to find a balance between the Sun and Moon’s opposition.
During this Full Moon, the Universe is inviting you to work on something specific. Think about what part of your life is on your mind and where there’s tension. Focus on letting something go, even if it’s just a bad feeling or behavior. Let your intuition be your guide and help you solve any problems happening in your life. This Full Moon energy teaches us how to sync our logical thinking with our intuition.
The Full Moon pulls on our emotions, causing nervousness, excitement, anxiety, and exhaustion. Insomnia is also a side effect of the Full Moon for many, and our dreams can be especially strong and vivid. As we focus more on the relationships, we have with other people.
This particular Full Moon wants us to learn how to balance our personal life with our impersonal world. Leo’s proud Full Moon helps us tap into our creativity and gives us a boost of confidence and courage to express ourselves. We can learn that pleasure is a good thing under this energy, as some people find it difficult or feel guilty for enjoying themselves! This is a romantic Full Moon!
However, the Sun in Aquarius teaches how to work with a group and be part of a team. It’s focused on our impersonal connections and acquaintances. While learning about our individuality and independence and why we need to be part of a “team.” Work on opening your mind and being objective in relationships. Find balance in friendships and romantic endeavors.
The bright Full Moon in the night sky symbolically illuminates our emotional issues and brings forth the truth! It is a time of awareness and growth. We can experience sudden epiphanies or A-ha moments. But the visions we have are relatively new and emotional. It can be tough to hold our tongue due to a strong urge to express how we feel. This helps us release what’s no longer working through self-expression. Over the next few weeks, we might understand this Full Moon’s lessons.
The Full Moon and Sun are aligning with giant Jupiter this time around. So we can feel more hopeful and optimistic, and courageous! It’s important to be realistic, with Jupiter and Saturn still in close proximity. Saturn wants us to follow the rules and stick to earthly business. The Moon also squares Mars, which causes impulsive behavior and combative attitudes!
A may not be so easy to hold our feelings in with such a strong urge to express them, which we should be doing in healthy ways. So Zen it out, and try activities like Meditation, Journal-writing, Exercise, or whatever helps you connect to your higher-self. We’re feeling raw emotions right now that aren’t rational, so give yourself some time to process your feelings. It’s important under the Full Moon to raise our energies to a higher vibrational level. If we can sustain a higher vibration within ourselves, then our life will reflect
it, and we can manifest our goals, wishes, and desires much easier.
Each month the Full Moon helps us discover certain truths, and this clarity helps us choose what specific wishes we need to manifest. The Full Moon helps us let go and release situations, people, or behaviors that aren’t working or serving us. Endings happen during this time, and in two weeks from now, as the New Moon occurs, we fan plant seed of intention for something new to begin.
Wishing you a safe and happy blessed Full Moon!
