March 3: Venus Squares Saturn
Our relationships can be challenged and tested, as reality checks our served during this time about our feelings for others and how they feel about us! What we see in other people isn’t always what we get! It’s important to make sure we keep things real around this time, so be honest because fake simply won’t do. And if you realize something or someone isn’t working out so well, perhaps it’s time to think about letting it go.
March 4: Mercury Enters Aquarius in Retrograde
On February 16th, Mercury the messenger of the Zodiac turned Retrograde (appears to move backward) in the sign of Pisces. But now Mercury shifts into more free-spirited Aquarius, and this brings in a new fresher kind of energy that helps lift our point of view. It’s a good time to go over and review our conversations and think about our options. Take a break from making any important decisions at this time, as mistakes are made more often. Making pros and cons lists can help us make up our minds when it comes to more complicated decisions. Stay away from buying anything that has to do with communication like smartphones or computers. Keep track of receipts and important paperwork for later, and avoid signing contracts or making long-term commitments at this time. During Mercury’s illusionary backward dance we should be reviewing our life, but wait it out when it comes to making important decisions until after Mercury turns direct from Retrograde on March 9th.
March 4: Venus enters Taurus
Venus rules over its home sign of Taurus, and affects our money and relationships. Money matters are more important now, but we are more focused on how money impacts our close relationships. This is a good time to discuss money matters with partners, family members, and business partners. We should be paying more attention to our finances, and maybe set some money back for a special purpose or just a rainy day. It’s a good time to plan out future endeavors, but try not to act just yet! It’s all too easy to buy more luxurious expensive things during this time. With Mercury in Retrograde until the 9th, it’s just best to wait. Unless you want to deal with a mess later.
March 8: Sun conjuncts Neptune
The Sun in the sign of Pisces joins up with spiritual Neptune. This influence is trying to teach us to have more faith in ourselves and the Universe, so we should be connecting to our intuition and following our gut instincts. This is the right energy for being creative and using our imagination, as it can lead to success. This is a time of idealism, dreams, and spirituality. It might be more difficult keeping your feet on the ground with your head in the stars.
March 8: Venus conjuncts Uranus
This is a highly charged up energy, one that can make us feel quite happy and sparkly. Expect the unexpected, especially in your relationships and around your finances. We can meet someone randomly who is captivating. There’s a strong desire to change something or to mix something up in our relationships, business, or work. Give the ones you love some space, it actually will help bring you closer together under this energy.
March 9: Full “Super” Moon in Virgo
This Full Moon is focused on the details of our lives. But we should put our time and attention on being practical and taking care of the basics. This energy can be quite draining, so make sure and get enough sleep, and plenty of exercises and eat healthy food. It’s important to be building up our immunity.
If we make an effort to connect to this powerful Pisces energy, it can help us learn how to work with our intuition, which can help us make better choices in
our life.
Full Moons are about endings, so it’s a good time to take care of unfinished business. Clear out old and cluttered space and negative energy! We will need every drop of our energy and attention to take advantage of the fiery New Moon in Aries on March 24th, which is about new beginnings.
March 9: Mercury Retrograde Goes Direct!
Even though this time is usually annoying so it seems with electronic glitches and snafus, Mercury in Retrograde can also be a time to gather information, and review past thoughts and conversations to learn something new or better.
Over the last three weeks hopefully while the planet of communication, Mercury was Retrograding you took some time to review your life, and plan out your next moves more carefully. If you waited patiently to make important decisions, your effort will be rewarded. So don’t worry about expressing what you need now. Get out there and network, reach out to others who are in a position to help you, for example with that job you want, or with that guy/gal you really are crushing on, or if your planning something. This is the time to start communicating all that you’ve learned while Mercury was in Retrograde, so you can start to slowly move forward with your plans.
March 11: Sun sextiles Jupiter
The ethereal Sun in Pisces connects to Jupiter in practical Capricorn, and our imaginations sync up with our knowledge. This is the feel-good lucky energy we all need, as it can bring in abundance and golden opportunities. But we need to be paying attention to take advantage of this influence and make something happen. We can meet up with people who are inspiring, visionaries, or whom are beneficial to us in some way, and they can help us see things from a new or different perspective. This can make the world look and feel a little bit different, which helps us break old patterns, behaviors, and routines. So get out there and make something happen, and don’t miss this amazing opportunity!
March 14: Mars sextiles Neptune
Under this influence we have yet another opportunity, accept this time it’s to move forward with any projects or plans we’ve
been working on. Mars the planet of aggression, desire, and action motivates us when it meets up with idealistic and spiritual Neptune. Our imaginations get a major boost of energy, and what we might have thought couldn’t happen seems to have a way of working out usually in a more positive manner. There will suddenly be reinforcements that come to our rescue now. All you have to do is help this energy along, and make the most of the help you are offered. Never turn down a gift from the Universe.
March 14: Sun sextiles Pluto
This aspect only occurs twice a year, so we only get a very short period of time to take advantage of it. People of influence or authority will be paying attention now, so those who are in positions of power are more willing to help, so be determined to get their attention. If we do get a chance to connect with someone important we can make progress. And if we already understand the give and take of relationships, we can experience even more success!
March 16: Mercury Re-enters Pisces
Our imagination soars when mental Mercury enters the more sensitive waters of Pisces. This is very Psychic, sensitive, and visionary energy. If you can focus on what it is you want, you can use this transit to help you visualize your goals, plans, and dreams through April 11th. It is believed that the Universe doesn’t see this physical reality on Earth as the ultimate truth, so if you think about what you want and then feel it, they don’t know the difference and you can manifest your thoughts and feelings into being! Believing is seeing!
It’s a good time to Zen it out, folks, while Mercury is in Pisces (Mercury rules the mind and communication.) So spend this time practicing spiritual activities like meditation, journal-writing, yoga or walking, or doing anything that helps you connect to your spiritual self. Dreams both awake and asleep are full of messages at this time, and there can be some interesting information the Universe is trying to pass along, so pay extra close attention! The shadow side of this energy is we can feel foggy and sidetracked once again, as we were already in this energy for a while last month before Mercury went Retrograde. It can prove difficult to focus and we can lose concentration quickly.
March 19: Sun enters Aries
Every year around this time the Sun enters the sign of Aries, and this officially kicks off the Spring Equinox above the Equator, and the Fall Equinox below, this is a time for new beginnings for those of us who are in the Spring Equinox. This transit gives us a warrior spirit with a strong heart. This can help us accomplish our goals. The influence of this sign can help ALL of us feel more confident and bold, so we can work better on projects and plans, and initiate something.
March 20: Mars Conjuncts Jupiter
This is an interesting transit with Warrior Mars connecting to expansive Jupiter. We can feel like things are chaotic and out of control. This is a time when we tend to be quite impulsive and overdo things. Jupiter makes energies bigger and grand, while Mars is the planet of action and aggression, and when expanded can give us some crazy but strong energy that we can use to help motivate us to work on projects and goals. We can have lots of irons in the fire under this influence, and we just might have to let some things go, because we are so busy.
March 21: Saturn enters Aquarius
This is a huge, Major Shift in the Cosmos! Saturn is the planet that rules over structures, taking responsibility and being accountable for our actions. It helps us draw boundaries, accept limitations, and deal with restrictions. We must learn to do what we are told and follow the rules when Saturn is involved.
Every two and a half years Saturn enters a new Zodiac Sign. While Saturn was in practical but ambitious Capricorn our focus was more on getting ahead and making plans so we could find something secure to build upon in this life. But with Saturn now in the sign of Aquarius, our focus shifts to helping with humanitarian efforts, and groups of like-minded folks, or those who are fighting for the same cause. So we are more interested in networking, friendships, and socialization. It’s a good time to find your Soul Tribe folks! Think about who you want to hang out or associate with. So we need to focus on plans and goals that involve others. This is not a time to go it alone, instead, we should stand together.
March 23: Mars conjuncts Pluto
This is a strong potent influence, and it can potentially lead to something you’ve been wanting to achieve. We just have to make sure and keep control of ourselves, and not abuse our power, but direct it along with our passion for what we want. Letting go and allowing others to help us can bring in important people who can help us meet goals. Acting out of control and alienating the ones who are trying to help us can be problematic, so try to fix these problems. We must be mindful of not reacting under this influence, but remember this energy can have us all over the place! Over-reacting can lead to major problems. If we can keep our cool and be good to others and maybe help them out, we are going to in return feeling good about ourselves and hopefully clear some Karmic Debt along the way!
March 24: New Moon Aries
A New Moon is a time of New Beginnings, and the sign of Aries is all about starting or initiating something new and fresh starts. This energy wants us to move forward and take action. This gives us more drive to take some necessary steps towards our goals and dreams. Just keep in mind that Aries is a tough sign, and is the warrior of the Zodiac and therefore we need to be more mindful while chasing down our dreams.
March 28: Venus trines Jupiter and Pluto
The planet of love is in its home sign of more loyal Taurus, and is getting some help from its friends Jupiter and Pluto, both in more ambitious Capricorn. This aspect can help us in our business relationships, as those in a position of power can come to our aid in some way. In our personal relationships, there can be some transforming energies that are very powerful and intense. Some of you might fall in love during this time, as we can make deep authentic connections with others, and we won’t have it any other way. If you want real love, this is a time to let go and surrender to the power of what this transit is offering.
March 30: Mars Enters Aquarius
This marks a big change, and we should get used to thinking outside the box now. Passionate, motivated Mars leaves simple Capricorn for independent Aquarius. This is a time for us to get creative and innovative. If you can tap into the active energy of Mars and the determination of Aquarius, you might just reach goals you didn’t think were possible.
March 31: Mars conjuncts Saturn
This is not the kind of energy to be wasting our time in, as authoritative Saturn demands we take actions around our responsibilities. So we can be in a big hurry to get our to-do lists done, but we might run into obstacles and roadblocks along the way. We shouldn’t get too frustrated if we can’t do everything we want, as this is actually a good time to get more detailed about what it is you want to do with your life. This connection demands that we be disciplined and patient, which makes it a good time to work at it. Saturn serves as a reminder, that if we do a job that we need to do it right or it’s not worth it. We can make this influence easier if we work on the tasks we know we need to get done first, and if we apply ourselves we’ll be better able to get more things done.
